We did not rental car. Restaurants, groceries, beach & bars all within 3 minute walk. Many others with a little longer walk. Great location.

The property was accurately described and as shown in the pictures. The property is centrally located behind the restaurant square and across the street from the beach. The property had everything we needed for our stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The unit was as advertised. It is conveniently located. Christine was very helpful and addressed any questions we had quickly and efficiently.

If you like the Orient Bay area of St. Martin, this is a nice choice in a really good location. Property managers are fantastic and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great location. Short walk to the beach, shops and dining. Very comfortable accommodations!

Very comfortable. Our flight was delayed so we came in at night and could have used better directions and something on building to identify. Christine came to our rescue and was very gracious in helping with some minor issues. Hated to leave. Would book again

Extremely nice apartment, less than a minute from the beach, with a pool within steps of the rear deck… what’s not to love about that?
Throw in some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and 15 mins drive to some others in Grqnde Case….
Checkin process was super easy, property manager super helpful… it all made for a wonderful vacation
