Great stay. Highly recommend.

We arrived at a perfect time to enjoy the beautiful view from this place. The backyard felt both open with the view but also private. The inside of our apartment was the nicest VRBO we have ever had. It was wonderfully clean, very comfortable, with full kitchen, nice size bedroom, lots of storage for our things, great shower and bathroom space. It was in a neighborhood that was both interesting and beautiful for walking. The location was convenient to stores,parks, restaurants and an easy drive to downtown. I can not recommend it more highly!

Close to many grocery stores. Great walking area. Super views. Kitchen is set up with anything one may need. Owners were always quick to answer any of my questions.

Quiet location with a great view. Perfect for what my husband and I were wanting. The pathway to the stay is very well lite. We were supplied with many kitchen supplies and towels for use during the stay . The location is within minutes to many restaurants, grocery, and downtown. Great spot for couples to stay.

Very nicely furnished. Fully equipped. Beautiful view of Puget Sound from the backyard. Located within easy drive to waterfront, downtown, city parks, restaurants, and stores. We would happily stay here next time we’re in Seattle.

This is a 1B/1B home. The owners live above but that is not an issue. They respect your privacy and you don't know they are there. I think that's important for people to know from the onset. The home is lovely. The lake view every morning was so beautiful and relaxing. We had visits from 3 sweet cats. They ventured into the backyard but left us alone. Ok, I am an animal person so IF you chose to pet them you could. (In my case only one permitted the pats) The place is well stocked. I like that they encourage recycling and composting! The place is so quiet and relaxing and close to Golden Garden Park. We had a wonderful stay.

Property is as described. Well equipped and clean. The hosts are great communicators. The view of the sound is amazing.

This was just the place we needed with a view that can't be beat! It is quiet, just the right size, with bald eagles flying by and a sunset to end a tranquil evening. And great coffee and food right down the street. Hosts were very accessible, kind, flexible and accommodating.

The location, view, and comfortable back yard made our stay memorable. We saw a family of raccoons and many cats in the yard as well as beautiful views of Puget Sound day and night. The weather cooperated so we saw the mountains, stars, and sunsets. The apartment is modern and comfortable. I had a mishap with the bed and the owner was quite gracious about the whole thing. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This place is everything you see in the pictures and more. Sitting outside is so quiet and peaceful. The inside is new and clean and is one of the only places that truly supplies everything. Dealing with Sandra and George was a pleasure. My husband and I just loved staying here.

Great location, view, amenities, & hospitality!

It was an amazing stay, easy access to all the highlights of Seattle. Very comfortable stay, loved and bed and pillows, and just the right size for the two of us. The view is spectacular, and changing all the time. Would stay again!

It was perfectly located near family for our extended visit. Just right for 2 people. Decent coffee shop within walking distance. Cooking facilities were adequate and a short drive to ballard shops, bakeries, and markets. Owner lives on site and was very helpful and informative.

Our stay was outstanding! Sandra and George handled all requests promptly (Not that many requests were needed, everything was supplied.)The location is pleasantly exciting, with the view even better than pictured. We will be staying there again if it's available on our next trip.

The “Expansive Puget Sound Views” Homeaway was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and quiet, with wonderful views of the water. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. The bathroom was spacious with a nice long counter, and it was great to have a washer and dryer.We especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio relaxing and dining while taking in the great views. And the neighborhood was great to walk around in.To top this all off, Sandra and George were very accommodating, wonderful hosts. They responded quickly to every request and are just plain delightful people. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Needed a place to stay for a Ballard wedding and wanted to have a quiet space overlooking the Sound. This was perfect. Even though you could hear footsteps overhead the owners were extremely quiet and the condo was perfect. Well stocked, clean, amazing bed and just what I needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants quiet and a view. Very easy to get downtown as well.

We absolutely loved staying here. Sandra and George are terrific and were the perfect hosts. Nice quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities are in the apartment. Plus, that view!

Beautiful property with stunning views of the Puget Sound. Lovely decor, furnishings and linens. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice to have a postcard view from all of the rooms of the apartment. Sandra and George were very accommodating hosts and the check-in, check-out process was simple.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for 6-8 weeks while we were house hunting in Seattle this past Spring. Because we were staying for an extended period of time, we focused on finding a furnished 1 bedroom apt-type set up, and this fit the bill perfectly. Spacious living room with large TV and comfy couch, work desk with WI Fi access, full size kitchen supplied with dinnerware / pots and pans and the all important coffee maker, large modern bathroom (easily accommodates 2 people) and stacked washer and dryer in the apt for your personal use. The bedroom is separate, with a very comfortable queen size bed - mattress not too hard, not too soft (linens provided), and a large dresser and closet. The location is close to shopping and banking, with easy access to I-5 and Aurora Ave (the main N-S routes). For relaxation, Golden Gardens Park (one of the 2 best beaches in Seattle for walking, views and bonfires - too cold for swimming though) is a short drive away. There is a patio right out front of the apt that one can sit out and enjoy the view and watch the ferries cross the Sound, if relaxing at home is more your style. George and Sandra, the owners (who live above) are exceptionally nice and helpful - George is a phone call away if a question arises, and both know the Seattle area well, if help is needed for getting around and sightseeing. And last but not least, there is their cat Sammy, normally an indoor cat, but known to make an escape once in awhile, and show up down at the apt looking for some extra loving. All in all a wonderful stay!
