quiet and self contained. the guest shuttle service was excellent for us without a car
lounge seats 3 but chalet accommodates 8. not enough glasses

Had a great little spot not too far away from everything. The interior was so impressive and was a real good place to vibe for the group. The best part was the Hakuba Hotel Group shuttle bus service that takes you where you need to be. They were awesome.
Downstairs heating wasn’t working, although they sent someone as soon as we notified them it still appeared to not work so was a little bit cold but not too bad overall.

Very friendly host and very nice chalet. The support from the reception was good. It was really a home and cosy feeling. The location is ok as the shuttle service worked very well.
The kitchen is not equipped well for cooking if you are 6 people as we have been. The shuttle service was very friendly and staff helpful. Booking is a bit complicated.

Email checkin was awesome. The staff was very accommodating with all our inquiries. Special thanks to Nancy, Marina and Tom!
Complimentary salt and pepper in the kitchen, maybe blankets for the living room on the chilly nights
