A perfect stay in Piombino before our trip to Elba. Perfect service from the owner Andrea.

The location was excellent. Close to the railway station and town centre

Andrea the host was very thoughtful and helpful. He took me to the port the next morning so I could catch the ferry.

the owner offered to book and pay for the parking, but the parking was actually free of charge n fornt of the apartment

Good location, not only close to the port but very close to the city center. Well stocked for a little studio. Good communication with the host, Andrea. Easy check-in and check-out.

Exceptinally clean, confortable, well planned and cozy. attention to detail present. Andrea is the perfect host, attentive, polite an knowledgeable. Fantastic location accross the train station and a very short walk to the historic centre full of history, shopping and wonderful restaurants, bars and gelaterie.

Breakfast could be improved.

So very close to the railway station (where we arrived) and yet very quiet and on the edge of the old town.

Breakfast was thoughtful; abundant coffe, milk, crostate. There is a working ceiling fan! and a patio...and reasonably priced mini-bar. And the true frosting for the cake is a working corkscrew 😁

There is no signage/marquee for the property; one must coordinate entry precisely with host.
