Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!

Comfortable bed, amazing and rich breakfast, very kind staff and housekeeping never disturbed us but daily cleaning of the room
Only the 1st night wasn't parking space available, but all the rest of our days, we had our own parking space

Great hotel with a very welcoming and kind staff! The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the center with all the restaurants and shops, so it was located on a quiet area. The breakfast was really good and we got to choose what we wanted. I especially liked the shower - spacious, clean, good water pressure. Great hotel I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

We stay 3 nights. The lady at the reception Ms. Nikolet is EXCELLENT. She is so kind and helps us so much about us and about planning the trip every day - THANK YOU Nikolet

Great location in the centre of Ioannina.
Very helpful personnel, responsive instantly to all our queries and requests
Air conditioning/ heating system in the room. Ecologically sensitive system, but not effective during the spring, as still provides heat and not cool air in the room. A visit in the middle of summer or winter should be ok, but in spring, if hot you need to rely on opening windows.

The hotel location is great, the rooms are very clean and with modern design, breakfast is delicious the we had at Greek with gluten free bread.

Great hotel, great staff, they have helped me a lot with good recommendations, taxis, breakfast at the room, people here are really nice. The location was good, 3 minutes walk and you are in a very center with a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast is also good, fruits, nuts, fresh juice, eggs, croissants, sweets. Rooms are fresh, clean, modern design. I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks!

The location of the hotel was amazing,in the city but quiet,Nicoleta and Yota and all stuff were helpfull and amazing ,we will defenstely come back to this hotel

Hotel was very nice, new and modern designd.
The two ladies who run the hotel were wonderful, and took care of any request immediately.
Room was big and very comfortable.
Breakfast was very tasty and fresh.
Location is good, about ten minutes walk to the center. A lot of restaurants nearby.

15 minutes walking from the center this hotel offers spacious, clean and nicely decorated rooms.
The staff were very nice and helpful and it is pity that due to COVID we could not enjoy the full ecperience they provide.
There was a safety light in the room which could not be turned off
