Fast room service,security guard is very kind and helpful
Dirty rooms,old washroom,shower not working properly,hand wash not refilled,shower gel,shampoo quality is very low.
Duvet smells and very dirty,cushions not washed from couple of months,no almirah,no exhaust in the bathroom,no sitting area in the room even a single chair not there,charging socket not working properly.
Bad experience with bloom feels like a 1 star hotel

Clean room, friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the bright yellow colour theme.
Room could have been a bit bigger. Limited menu and food options. Alcoholic drinks are not available.
They don't take ala-carte food orders until 12pm, hence you can't order ala-carte breakfast. Either go for the breakfast buffet or buy from outside.

Required to increase in varities in breakfast, lukch & Dinner. But the taste is good. The location is good. Because it is very near to the beach and market area. Parking area is required to be little bit more & convenient. The children play area, more games are required to be added, carom is not good in condition.

Rooms are decent. Cleaning staffs are punctual and good. Very understanding security. Lovely atmosphere
Breakfast can be better. Cause Alacarté foods are really tasty.. biriyani I ordered, actually 2 poeple can have.its that good.
