The location was fine, although the boutique hotel is far form a boutique establishment and the garden view was partially obscured by a scaffolding.

There was no hot water, the room’s furniture were cheap and stained and the service was quite frankly terrible.

Small and lovely boutique hotel, very nice and clean. The room is comfortable and perfectly designed, with attention to all the small details. It has everything needed for a perfect stay. The sauna inside the room is incredible addition. The staff is available during the day and until late hours, very kind and always open to assist and provide useful tips. The location is great, very nice and quite neighborhood.

We didn't like the mattress, it was too soft (although the quality is good) but it's a matter of preferability rather than downside. There was an issue with hot water, which eventually discovered as a main boiler problem. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to be fixed during the weekend (hopefully it's a rare type of issues and was already fixed by now)

The service was excellent and kind, we received an answer to our every request with a smile. The rooms were clean, and the water was hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel and of course I will return to it when I return to Rome.

The location is excellent! It is within walking distance to many of the sites you would visit in Rome. The location is a bit tricky to find but it is in a very safe area. The rooms are nice size and are very clean. Giorgio was very helpful and informative in helping orient us to the area.

The time for breakfast. Most days we were up earlier than breakfast was available so we could not experience this opportunity.

We had such a wonderful time. The suite was truly amazing, with an indoor sauna. I would really recommend it as it is extremely clean, modern and central. Moreover, the staff was super helpful. We would like to thank Giorgio who looked after us and helped us with our luggage and touristic itinerary.

staff were super helpful and friendly and let us stay in thier lobby all day and never got irritated with us lol this was a great safe stay never been to Rome before and felt safe because of this hotel. I will be back again one day thank you never much.

tad bit noise little trouble with door but you get the hang of it honestly I wore ear plugs so it never messed with my sleep just a little noise in the day but as to be expected

the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. they gave us restaurant recommendations and helped make all our reservations and organized a car service for an early flight.

the faculty was noisy and you can hear everything happening from the rooms.

Everything was outstanding. The communication with the staff, the help they provided, the room was spotless and so very comfortable. Couldn’t fault them.

Loved the location, the bed was super comfortable. The blackout shutters were great for mid day naps and the breakfast was wonderful. Adele was very kind and welcoming and helpful for booking dinner reservations.
