Appears to need some updating. Noticed the soiled curtains in the lobby immediately upon entering. Bathroom ceiling was patched up sloppily. Usually my go-to is Holiday Inn but I thought I would try Quinta. Not sure I will again.

We only stayed one night. It was a good experience. No problem at all. Staff are very helpful and friendly

My wife and I were traveling from our home in SC to RI for a family emergency, we were approximately 14 hours late for check in due to mechanical problems and I was informed by a not so friendly desk staff that our reservation was canceled. The hotel lobby was dirty and the four other people in the lobby looked like they were homeless and living in this hotel. I rate this homeless shelter one half star as their outdoor landscaping was nice. I am STILL waiting for my 600.00 dollars to be refunded!! I will never use Hotels.com again.

Not horrible room was spacious! Water didn’t run very well in tub! Bed was really uncomfortable! Also never got my 75 dollars back that they hold of there are any issues
After leaving, I’m not a smoker , left room clean and was solo the five days I was there!

The fee is too much for condition of property. Lots of wear with strips missing around base boards. Unsightly overall. Breakfast options weren't good. Batter for waffles was watery and not good when finished in waffle iron. The room itself was clean but overall too pricey for what's presented.

The nightly check in lady was superb and made sure everything was okay and even gave me directions on where to park my semi. The only thing that screwed up the entire stay was the freaking housekeeper who knocked and came into my room while I was sleep at 9 in the morning.😒🙄 They should have a better system when it comes to the rooms and who have check out and who haven’t.

There’s to be NO SMOKING and the halls etc smelled of WEED, and I mean so bad that would make you throw up! It made me and my daughter very sick to our stomachs!
The carpets in the room were stained w red drink of some sort idk? I refused to walk around w out my slippers on! Overly priced for a hotel that needs ALOT of work!

Hotel was fine til they let a person into my room who wasn’t the one who paid for it etc into my room to take whatever he wanted.
I intend to take this up with cooperate!!!!

Excellent service. Staff is kid friendly. We r there for a hockey tourney and they were nice to the kids. Doesn't happen often

The worst laquinta I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were dusty and not the cleanest. The whole place looked run down.

Breakfast was good, Janet, the breakfast girl kept everything full and hot. She was always smiling always working. She was a bright spot and every morning.

Always love this hotel but this time staff were dropping F bombs in front of customers and had to be found sitting on their cars when they were needed to check in people?

I didn’t have a TV remote in the Room and the heat unit was very loud, I got to turn it off to be able to sleep at night.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Elevator was rusty and made enough noise to cause concern. Breakfast was blah, would have skipped but had a long journey ahead.

Hotel room was clean and newly updated. Evidence of renovations happening on the property. There's a lot of hotels on this main street and a lot around the airport; this was one of the most affordable.

Li didn’t realize my room had mold till I’d checked out.you can hear people all night long door wasn’t silent proof.

I will say that the staff was so friendly and nice i had no issues with that. The hotel room we stayed in was definitely not cleaned well. Also the shower/tub looked disgusting. There was mold around the silicone and the spout was pulled a little from the wall. Would never stay there again

Hotel interior is kind of old and dated in the common spaces and elevators.. could be a little more clean and could use some maintenance. Walls in elevator were broken, push botton on lobby level is in rough shape. Appears that hotel has "paint and carpet fix everything" kind of attitude. For $190 a night i expected much better under the LaQuinta brand. The "GYM" consisted of the smallest treadmill i have ever seen in the smallest exercise janitor closet have ever seen. On the flip side the room was decent/clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

The server from the kitchen/ breakfast named Janet was very helpful. She made sure that all guests were well taken care of. She refills the food. I will give her an A+ .
