Bathroom was gross. Toilet was covered with urine, fecal matter, and hairs. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk he gave me a spray bottle and dirty rags with no apology or assistance. When I mentioned it to the day clerk when we left it was obvious she didn’t care either.

It was a nice place

People were smoking right outside the door on multiple occasions. Guests were barefoot in the dining room at breakfast. People were talking very loudly outside the hotel at 11pm.

Hotel was OK, just average. A little dated but clean. We had a second floor room, there is no elevator so that was unfortunate.

Found a dead bug in the bed. The stairs we filthy going up to the second floor!

Very nice and peaceful stay. The location was close to all desired restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of hot water. Only issue was that there was a bad electrical outlet by the desk in the room. Great stay!

A really nice, clean hotel with great front desk staff.

The rooms were on the small side but everything was clean and well maintained.

Older hotel but everything in working order. The room could have used better lighting, even with every lamp on it was still pretty dim. Nice indoor pool. Continental breakfast was so so. Coffee was good. Front desk and housekeeping staff very friendly. Very close to restaurants and shopping. (Unrelated to the hotel, but I highly recommend the Cherry Street Pub. About a 5 minute drive).

Booked our stay through Expedia for 2 nights for corporate travel. Plans changed and only one night was stayed. Our crew checked out the next morning only to find out that this hotel refused a refund for the second night. This is not how to keep corporate business.

Our room had a foul Oder to it. Our bathroom had dried up bloody buggers in the shower. The pool room was very cold and the water was not warm. This was not our first stay in the hotel but it was probably the last.

Great hotel for the money. Rooms need to be more updated, however, overall good hotel for a short stay.

Very clean, and beautiful hotel. The only issue I had was that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly prior to us checking in. The housekeeper left a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door. I thought my boyfriend hung my towel there so I used it, but my towel ended up being where I originally put it, so this was NOT of our towels. Which means I dried myself off with someone else's DIRTY towel.

Location is great, was close to restaurants and shops, easy access to where we were going. Staff friendly, room comfortable.

Booked the room and when i showed up to check in they tell me there is no rooms available and they didn't know how to refund my money. Never again!

Overall, it was fine.. until the morning. In the ceiling, when someone would walk, it sounded like metal creaking. I do not mean just the floorboard, but metal creaking. It woke us up at 630 am and lasted for probably a couple of hours. I told the front desk that it was really bad and not just floor boards, but it did not seem to phase them. Overall, it was an ok stay until the morning.

I liked how clean it was.

Perfectly fine hotel for an overnight stay

The room was very clean and the front desk clerk was very courteous.

Clean, comfortable room, nothing fancy, good rate. Breakfast a little less than average but acceptable. Friendly, polite staff. Not a problem for us, but no elevator to second floor. Hotel next door looks newer/nicer, but Baymont was a good value.

The only thing negative is the parking is tight for my truck. I do have a long 1 ton pickup though. Everything was really great though.

The hotel access is tricky. Better signage would help. The room for breakfast is too small. But the hotel is a good value.

We arrived late to the hotel, we were checked in quickly but without much conversation. The pool was open but expected a hot tub. The pool did need to be painted or cleaned on the bottom. The room was clean-a light bulb was out but it was perfect for the quick night stay. Breakfast ended pretty early to us but was a full hot breakfast- nice. The tv was on a rude adult cartoon though and not suitable for children.

Good place to stay, clean and quiet

Easy to find and close to restaurants. Breakfast was good. Nice and quiet even though it is near the Highway.

Great time for our 1 night stay . The room was generally clean but the heating vent in the bathroom and a few spider webbs here and there. Tha ks Wyndham.

Nice and clean would stay again

Top of bed was so high it met my stomach. I had a chair to help me leap on bed! My one leg is covered in bruises. To top it off, the bed was hard as a rock. When we mentioned it at check out we were told all beds were like that except handicapped. I don’t think it would be appropriate to possibly take a room away from someone who required hdicapped facilities. Maybe get beds in other rooms that are easy to get on. This hotel had no elevator. While there were only 2 floors, I'm sure an elevator would have been appreciated carrying up luggage.

I generally do not complain especially since I know that everyone is short staffed these days...but the room was definitely not cleaned, or if it was, it was not cleaned well. There was something raised and sticky in a circle shape on the sink counter, dust everywhere, a large cobweb hanging low in the room, dead bugs on the air conditioner, the air filter needed to be changed, there were rings on the bedside table, fingerprints on the bathroom door that looked like they had been there for a while, and crumbs in the chair in the room. We bought some disinfectant wipes and cleaned some things. Plus, there was damage to the furnishings in the room: the painting on the wall - the frame was broken and hanging, the lampshade was damaged, and there was a non-working lamp in the room. Our last complaint was the pool - not only was the floor in the pool room not clean, but the pool was dirty and freezing...for being an indoor pool. I think, if management would poor some money into the property, and hire staff that PM's and cleans well, it would be a really good place to stay for the money.

Everything you'd expect. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker. The pool could use maintenance, and the bathroom was difficult to change in because it was so small. I'd stay again. Great for the price!
