The place was clean and staff was friendly!

This hotel was clean and spacious with a good breakfast. All I needed for my work trip.

Was told there was free breakfast that went until 9:30. Went down at 9:15 and everything was cleared already.

The chlorine levels in the hot tub must have been off on our last visit as we both experienced skin irritation and rash which we hadn't experienced there before.

Nice place to stay, no housekeeping still. Stopped at the desk to get limited house keeping towles and trash out,but that did not happen.

The service was great the breakfast is decent. The hotel however is in need of being updated. The hallways give “70’s” My fiancé works for another hotel chain and he mentioned that the amenities such as the iron, the fridge the TV are all outdated. The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging down. A lot of the walls are needing paint the furnace is old. Just a lot of work needed to be honest I’m not sure how it got rated a 9?

I’m surprised this hotel has such a good rating. The room had dingy sheets and nothing is updated. The staff was unpleasant and it took 20 minutes of waiting in the lobby to get new towels, the room was not cleaned once in 4 days. Breakfast was very mediocre.

Upon check in, it was seamless until I carried all of my luggage to the 3rd floor. When I found my room, the front desk gal failed to tell me she changed my room. I had to go all the way back downstairs for her to tell me that there were no King bed accessible bath rooms available. It was my Anniversary and I paid for my room months in advance because I needed the accommodation. I felt my room should be guaranteed since it was paid in full. She mysteriously found 1 king room that had damaged- the sink filled up with water so it was hard to use, shower leaked on the floor, toilet/shower area was so tiny definitely not handicap accessible, damage to the walls, and under fridge. Hot breakfast was nothing fancy at all only a few options. Hotel was Very deceiving from the exterior and front lobby but loved the Eden Prairie suburban area.

Heater was broken in our room. Made a complaint. They did not fix it. Family really struggled to get sleep at night. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Was just perfect and right on the way but exceptionally affordable

found it hard to get to coming from the west. Wanted change for a twenty to leave maids a tip but no cash on premises. Hotel was clean. Wanted a king bed but, even tho checking in early was given a double room with single beds and charged for the double room.

Stayed here Thurs-Sunday and the overall stay was good. The hotel was the worse part unfortunately. When we got in at 4 we were checked in, and told room service comes every other day. We're given our keys and told our room number and left. This interaction was okay, but compared to other stays across the country didn't feel as friendly. No worries. No microwave in the room which is... weird. Snall bathroom that pushes you into the shower to open the door Elevators reek of marijuana at night, hallways are loud and obnoxious. 6 outlets in our room didnt work for some reason. Ultimately room service never came. No bed was made, no towels brought in and no toilet paper refilled. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, we got an "oh well, they should've came" Breakfast was good on the other hand, we only ate one day. The pool was nice when no one else was there. The attitude the employees seem to have and the poor service will send us elsewhere. Minnesota over all just lacks that kindness we are use to from the south.

Loved the layout and cleanliness of the room. Everything was very nice quality and well kept. My only complaint is that the breakfast situation was lacking planning and had no flow. There were a couple dozen people trying to get their food but nothing was set up for convenience. The plates were not near the silverware, the food was at one end, the toaster and bread on the other, coffee at one end of the line and other drinks way at the other end. I would think this type of thing would have been thought out for a professional hotel chain.

Staff friendly , big spacious rooms , good breakfast options. Downside - no hot tub.

Front desk check in went good. The area is just off the interstate so a little noisy and away from attractions. The hotel itself was tidy but the rooms were a little dated or at least showed they werent cleaned as well as they could have been. Dont miss breakfast time because staff are quick to clean up and shut everything down a little early. Either way, served the purpose but nothing over the top.

Only stayed from 1:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Nice room and Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived we checked into the hote around 4l. The agent was not super friendly or courteous. When we mentioned if we didn’t like the room could we change they said, “Well for those clients that are super picky and annoying…” I interjected and said we’ll my husband is very picky about certain things and she just looked at us and handed us our keys. We walked in

It was a good value for the price. Clean, quiet and easy access to main highways.

The decor was fabulous, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, the amenities (fitness room, pool and breakfast) were all phenomenal. The only inconvenience was the really narrow bathrooms with the extra large doors. You need to squeeze between the toilet and shower in order to open and close the door. That was awkward.

Noisy air conditioner and highway close to the hotel didnt let us to sleep properly. Room wasn't cleaned daily. Staff was nice. Breakfast ok. Room smelled clean.
