Beautiful lobby with a large fireplace. Cozy.

Nice place for the money.

We had a tremendous stay! Love the remodeled Outbound Mammoth. The lobby with the large fireplace and bar is fantastic! We were upgraded to one of the private cabins with fire pit outside the door, and loved it! Everything was cozy and delightful.

Awesome Stay! I love how it close to everything. You can go to grocery, restaurant in a minute or you can walk. And to drive to the mountain main lodge only takes 8-10 minutes! Judy the receptionist are awesome. We asked to upgrade our room cause a little bit small for us with a toddler. And Brett the Manager took care of us! Thank you so much! Definitely we will go back and stay the same Hotel.

Very convenient location, lots of dining options. The bar was very convenient and the dog friendly ambiance was great! Overall relaxing experience. Miss the fireplace!

Slow service when checked in, felt like I was at a hostel.

The staff and pricing was fine. The mattress was great, but the building seems run down. For example the heater switch was broken in the kitchen area, the phone didn’t work at all, and the shower did not drain at all. It left 2-3” of standing water even after 8 hours. The property just needs some upkeep. Bowls were chipped in the kitchen, etc. that all being said we enjoyed our stay here and the hot tub was a lovely 102 F.

Clean, easy, cheap

Hotel is good but the heater in our room made some loud noise every once in a while. Also a steam room and jacuzzi have been under renovation for like a year. Hopefully they get fixed soon.

We arrived later than expected but front desk was very accommodating. They were very prompt in their replies to us and welcoming. The lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated and the stay was very comfortable. Only downside was we only could stay for a night. Will book the hotel again if we ever visit in future. Free wifi and complimentary hot tea and coffee available for all guests.

The staff was amiable and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable bed.

Quiet, visit was not during ski reason, not very busy. Undergoing renovation. Rough parking lot. No breakfast, only coffee

The location was great close to shopping and grocery . The room was kind of old but clean.There was no hair dryer in our room .The shower has no shower curtains hence the floor outside of shower is wet. And the worst is the wifi barely worked the whole time we stayed .I just used my 5G network on my celfon . There is no extra outlet for celfon charging you have to put your charger on the extension on the floor .So inconvenient . There was no table for coffee or dinner . The hotel is under renovation .Parking is hard you have to be early ro have space for the car. Overall rating for me is 7 ouy of 10z Thank you.

Convenient location with easy access to main freeways. Closed to restaurants of all kinds. Room was comfortable and of a good size.

Location and staff are great but the facilities are not. The property looks ok but smells old. Limited parking space with no lights covering the other side of the parking lot.

Really nice for the price. If you stay in the first floor it's creeks a lot and kind of loud. The gym is ehhh not that good. dumbells go up to 25lbs, there's a bench , two Nordic bikes that are really good, a treadmill that doesn't work and cables the handles are hard to grab. Everything is walking distance. The staff and customer service was great

Awesome location, clean rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor spaces for many activities. I love the outdoor fire place the most.

The room that we are checked in was double booked. I walk inside the room that was assigned to us and found out someone had already claimed it. Talking about inconvenience.

The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable. Parking was a bit hard. Check in was easy and friendly, and the facilities were nice. However, the wifi barely worked in the room and the mini fridge was broken. The whole property was under construction, which is fine, but I wish I'd known before paying so much to stay there as it isn't really in peaceful getaway condition at the moment.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Lobby was awesome. Love that fireplace! Price was fair.

This was a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone. Will stay here again.

Parts of resort under construction, pool was not open. Washer broken on the first floor. Sauna wasn’t working.

Parking during the construction was a challenge. Can’t wait to see the final renovation.

I love Mammoth and enjoyed our time at this hotel.

The hotel is still under renovation, a lot to improved. Small little things are missing yet were able to fulfilled. Need to QC to make sure the room are in full capacity and ready for the next guess. The hotel is in a good location, kind of in the middle and downtown. Walking distance to grocery outlet, Von supermarket, bakery and coffee shop. The hotel itself, room was standard with mini fridge and microwave. Nice electric kettle to boil the water. I really like the mattress firm and in good condition. The hotel charge $25 for resort fee which I feel a bit overcharged since only provide sauna, stem and little gym, no pool or other facilities compare to others that charge for the same price. Front desks, some was helpful and nice, some was nice and not helpful. FYI, dogs friendly hotel with poop bags provided which is nice. Saw so many cute dogs
