The home is beautiful in a lovely and convenient neighborhood! The kitchen and living space was perfect for family to gather and cook and play together. Patti was great to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Loved the house and location(except for some road noise). Only negatives for us were the the two main beds. Our daughter said there bed was so squeaky that whenever any moved it woke the other one up. I have a bad back and master bed was quite soft and pillows were terrible.

Our family really enjoyed it here. It’s clean and well thought out. Nice appliances and plenty of elbow room in the open kitchen. Bedrooms were large and luxurious. Vaulted ceilings, warm, and comfy. Our favorite was the location. Close proximity to the Discovery Trail made for some excellent walks and gorgeous sunsets. The house is well maintained and everything was in immaculate shape and working order. I am hard pressed to think of any issues. I guess we couldn’t find a cutting board in the kitchen and the back screen door was a little tricky. Haha, seriously the house was perfect; we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our family of six stayed in this VRBO close to the beach. So nice to have such a big and open kitchen. Loved being able to walk down to the beach so easily. Ample space for all of us and well stocked.

Perfect beach getaway location. Clean, comfortable, well appointed house in lovely neighborhood. My sisters and I wanted to spend time cooking together and playing cards as well as beach time and local activities and the place was all we wanted. Great host response to questions and needs. Would definitely stay again.

House was super clean and close to the Discovery Trail. The only things it lacked were curtains in the bedrooms and slider door off the living room. It would've been more relaxing if we could sleep in a little longer if the bedroom windows were darkened and had more privacy from the main highway out back.

Lovely family home, comfortable furniture, and very spacious. Had a hiccup with getting in and couldn’t get the fireplace started. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay.

About a ten minute walk from the beach, lovely open spaces in the house with a generously sized kitchen and a great table that does dinner / board games for six. The coffee table in the main living area was great for solving the jigsaw puzzles that were available.

Our stay at Seascapes was wonderful! The property is just as described and pictured. It’s located in a nice, quiet residential community with easy access to the Discovery Trail and beach. Seascapes is located 1 mile from the downtown core and easily accessible by car. I didn’t find it walkable as you’d need to walk on the roadside in some sections. The Discovery Trail is a good walking or biking option but it is longer than 1 mile given the meandering nature of the trail. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cookware necessary for cooking (measuring cups & spoons, hand mixer, cutting boards), an assortment of pots and pans, and a cookie sheet. You do need to bring your own spices and cooking oil. There is a nice assortment of puzzles and games appropriate for a wide age range. If you plan on riding the bicycles remember to bring your helmet(s). Dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher are provided. I wish liquid hand soap was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms for hand washing. Overall, a wonderful property and I would stay here again.

Truly an escape from stress. The home is beautifully decorated and calming. The owners have spent a great deal of love in this property and it shows. The home is welcoming and well kept and maintained. We would be delighted to return.

We thought the house was perfect for a group of 4-6 people. Very clean and comfortable. Close walk to beach and restaurant 1 block away has excellent food. If you are going to cook meals will need to bring own seasoning and oils, etc as only has salt and pepper.

The stay was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Was exactly as described.

The home was wonderful and spacious, and we all had a great time together. The living, dining, and large kitchen was well suited for our 6 family members. We were able to park our 2 cars in the garage, which made it easier to go in and out like normal. Everything was great, including having all of the small items available such as hot pads to remove items from the oven, the mixer, the aluminum foil and plastic wrap. It was a great experience and we will come back again.
