The bedding in this property was horrible. The mattress had a huge dip and my wife and I had four very uncomfortable nights of sleep to the point that we left a day earlier because of aching backs. The owner purchased a mattress pad of which we moved to the sofa sleeper but still did not help. The condo also had poor amenities such a cheap soap and hard towels that need to be updated as well as the patio chairs, table and the sofa in the living room was worn and dirty. This condo should be renovated and brought up to better quality standards. The drain in the hallway bathroom was clogged and the water took a long time to drain. The pans in the kitchen were too old and burned. I was dissuaded from cooking and the glassware was mixed-matched. The owners have a lot of work to do on this condo. It seems as if it was a starter condo or inherited from someone. I’m used to staying in Seaside and Watercolor but only stayed in Panama because of Seabreeze Jazz Festival. I was totally dissatisfied.

We had a great experience staying in PCB. It was easy to get from the parking lot to the building, unit was well appointed and clean and decorated great. Love the view! Love that chair/umbrellas were included. Pools fun! Close to everything but chill atmosphere :)

2nd stay in one of Frank’s condos. He is great to rent from. Love Celadon and it’s location!!

We had the best time in the condo. It had everything we needed and more! So beautiful and so warm and welcoming. We will definitely return for another amazing week in PCB.

Condo was nice and clean, amazing views, and very nice for my kids. This was our fish family trip with the kids and they loved every single minute of it.

The condo is exactly like it is listed! So comfortable, so clean, everything you need, and the views are amazing. So many great things all walking distance as well! Highly recommend Mikes Oysters if you love oysters. They are HUGE, so good, and the service is amazing. Thanks so much for everything. We did not want to leave! Thanks again. We will be back!

Had a wonderful time despite getting rained out of our golf game. Frank was great to work with- we loved the condo, Beach sitting and the views from the balcony. Elevator was busy at times- but with a full building that is to be expected. Highly recommend!!

We watched dolphins and manta ray relaxing on the balcony. Frank was so helpful with anything and everything. I loved the list of possible places to eat that he provided before our trip. This was such a sweet charming condo. Beautiful views, well accommodated condo. Couldn’t have asked for more. Frank was quick to answer questions and provide suggestions of local restaurants. Our little family enjoyed our visit and loved ever minute of it!

Best spring break trip with my husband and kids ever. Relaxing, fun, plenty to do, great food. Everything was convenient and the owner was so accommodating.

I can't say enough good things about the rental and the owner. Such a nice place, super clean and well equipped. The views were amazing and the owner was so helpful and courteous. We will definitely book here again!!

This condo had all the things one could need for a vaca in PCB. It was away enough from the hustle that it was quiet yet close enough to enjoy the city too! The first morning we spotted a stingray because the water was so crystal clear!! We had 4 days of double red flags but the kids were happy with the sand and heated pool. A well stocked kitchen with a small supply of toliet paper/paper towels/dish soap/dishwasher soap to get you started. Grocery stores near to meet the rest of your needs! Don't forget your beach towels though!! We took advantage of the chairs and umbrella on the beach. First come, first served so be there by 9 to be sure you're covered! Frank was very quick to respond to all questions. The only negative was the elevators were sometimes slow but they worked all day and got them back to functioning!!

I travel to Panama City Beach a couple times a year and this was the probably the nicest, and most well-kept condo I have stayed in. If you get the chance to stay here, you wont regret it! My husband and I were celebrating our 39th anniversary and we couldn't have found a better place. This is a very clean, cozy, peaceful, and beautiful place to stay. Frank, the owner was one of the best hosts that I have ever come in contact with. Any question that I had was answered promptly from the best places to dine. Thank you, looking forward to returning.
