Located in the Skyliner's Summit neighborhood, this big house is located immediately adjacent to Overturf park with its dog park and great views of the Sisters and Broken Top. The kitchen is really well stocked, the back porch with a hot tub looks out on the park and there are three big bedrooms, one smaller one and two extra rooms that can be used as bedrooms if needed. Big tv's in the living room, tv room and master bedroom. You will enjoy staying here.

Well-suited to groups who want to gather, cook, play in the yard, walk on the trail behind the house. And close to the Northwest, River and downtown areas.

The house was as pictured in a nice neighborhood and had a nice backyard. It fit 10 of us with some extra space to spare. As others have stated the beds are a little uncomfortable (memory foam) and appliances are outdated. The oven door spring is broken and fell on my foot. There’s also squirrels and a woodpecker in the blue room’s walls next to the master bedroom. Unfortunately it keep our baby up during the day. Property manager told us someone was going to come fix the siding which we thought was for the holes the critters were in but seems like he was there to fix another spot.

Nice house and location. Appliances (stove, sink and dishwasher) need some repair. Was the bed in the lavender room a queen? Mattress in the master was not comfortable.

We loved our stay here! There were 7 adults and 2 dogs with ample room for all. In addition to the four bedrooms and office, there's a cozy TV room upstairs that we would have spent more time in had the weather not been so spectacular. The house was well stocked with linens, pillows, etc and there was plenty of space for us all to retreat for a little privacy each day. The back deck looks directly out onto the well tended yard and borders a green belt and dog park (highly recommended) -- we enjoyed the deck from early morning to sunset. It's an easy 20+ minute stroll over to NW Crossing or down to the eateries on Galveston. We visit family in Bend frequently and this is probably our favorite stay thus far due to location, size and comfort. Communication with Jenna was responsive, timely and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here, especially with a dog!

The house was large and roomy for our group. We enjoyed the nice big yard and hot tub. So overall, we were very happy with the house and location. But a better coffee pot to handle 6 people is needed. Also the dials on the stove didn't function properly so it was hard to determine if the gas was off all the way. Lastly, a busy woodpecker upstairs by the blue room woke my son up before sunrise. He has made a large hole in the siding. Other than that, we would stay at the house again.

The check in and out was very simple. The kitchen was very useable. However, for a large group a coffee pot not a french press would be very helpful. The beds were the only issue. They were not very comfortable. If the beds were comfortable and larger we would definitely come back in the future.
