Great view from deck. Nice house

Location, cleanliness, lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Furniture was comfy.

The view from the back deck was wonderful; sitting there listening to the waves and watching the sea was so healong.The house was equipped with enough of everything to facilitate comfort and ease.

We rented this property for a week at the beach with family and friends, it was the perfect house for us. It was roomy and the porch overlooking the beach was it's best feature. The shared space was big enough for all of us and the large dining table allowed us to have family meals together. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a nice place, right on the beach to spend quality time together. The only drawback is that it is very far from ice or groceries.

Treasure Realty was bought out by Vacasa after we had booked our yearly beach rental. Cleaning standards if cleaned at all have drastically changed. House did not appear clean and the Vacasa rep showed up to take photos from the prior guests stay to document any damages as we were unloading our luggage. This was our second time staying at this house on Topsail. Usually we would go ahead and book our trip for next year but after this experience with Vacasa and the lower standards we aren’t interested. The house rates have doubled for next year which includes added on management and excessive cleaning fees which I have no clue what was cleaned for the high fees! We will definitely steer clear of using any listing that are managed by Vacasa. Deep cleaning and regular maintenance on beach houses would be recommended.

View and access to beach excellent. House is nice. 4 bedrooms. Linen service only gives 2 pillow cases per bed even though beds had 3 pillows. Plenty of parking. Will plan to stay again.
