Location cool and quiet

Room and facilities need refurbishment and maintain

there is a clean river and a private pool...relaxing environment. My first time here as expected. Overall is ok...tqvm. Suggestion Can provide mini fridge & kettle in a room. More comfortable for families. If there is an aircond room, i really prefer.😄

3 staff just with towel attending to me

The place was close for renovation and we were not accepted eventhough full payment made and yet booking.com still advertised it. I dont blame the management for this but booking.com Email no longer being monitored, customer service got to call up spore n talk to pathetic robot. If u check my records for the last 5 years most of my bookings r 4 n 5 stars hotel so this rm120 is no big deal but im not happy with the way u handle this. Until we settled this issue... i ll be somewhere else
