Everything! The beach house was in a great position, opposite the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. The house itself was very clean, spacious for our family of five and the infinity pool was divine!
Nothing!

Amazing location. Excellent breakfast at the hotel. Beautiful pool and views of the water. Extremely clean. Comfy beds. Quiet.
Pool water needed to be warmer (heated) for early October stay. Had trouble with Wifi in villa and on the balcony.

We loved Sant Elm and the location of the beach house in it. The house was big enough for our family of 6 and offered lovely views to the beach. The pool area was great. Own garage was very handy as we had a fairly big rental car.
There were not a lot of glasses and other dishes in the house. We solved the issue by using the dishwasher every day.

Excellent breakfast
Good choice
A little noisy as we were near the road and a very noisy cockerel that started crowing too early
