Esta gran casa de 5 dormitorios / 2 baños es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones familiares. A solo unos pasos de la deseable Grand Beach en Old Orchard, ME (a través de un camino de acceso a la playa), esta hermosa y bien mantenida propiedad cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para ayudarlo a disfrutar de una verdadera escapada junto al mar. Esta parte de OOB es tranquila y familiar, y ofrece mucho espacio para extenderse. Con dos duchas exteriores, parrilla de barbacoa, cocina de langosta exterior, pozo de fuego y sala de estar con mosquitero, el gran patio trasero (colindante con pantanos) es el lugar perfecto para reunirse en familia después de un día en la playa. Además, disfrutará de espectaculares vistas del atardecer sobre el pantano. Si prefiere la actividad de The Pier y el cercano Palacio Playland, tendrá acceso sin preocupaciones a través de la parada de tranvía a poca distancia de la propiedad. La espaciosa cocina totalmente equipada tiene varias áreas de descanso que le permiten acomodar fácilmente a grupos grandes. Cada habitación tiene su propio televisor, lo que permite a todos los invitados mantenerse al día con sus programas favoritos en reclusión. The property suited our needs very well. It was a very short walk to the access to access to an uncrowned part of the beach across the street. Although on a main road, traffic wasn’t really an issue and it was quiet at might for sleeping. The house was close enough to the wharf and amusement park that we could easily get there when we wished. We enjoyed ourselves and were very comfortable in the house.

My family and I stayed here last year and had a great time, so we returned again this year and had another wonderful vacation. Weather was almost perfect had 1 day of rain and 1 cloudy day, it was good to have a break from the sun. We are looking to stay again next year!

Great place for our family. Easy walkway to the beach. Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Susan, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!.

It was not that clean. Greasy pots and pans
Beds for 12 people but enough seating in living room and around the table. Be aware that bedding, sheets and towels are not provided. Good location. Path to the beach right across the street.

This home was great for the 9 of us that stayed. The week we were there, the temps were pretty high, it was awesome having AC in every room to cool us down after the beach. The outdoor showers are a genius addition, this kept sand out of the house and helped wash away the salty water and bits of seaweed. There are a lot of great places to eat but also, the stores are very close to get anything you may need. I recommend staying here! Thanks for a perfect week!

This home was great for the 9 of us that stayed. The week we were there, the temps were pretty high, it was awesome having AC in every room to cool us down after the beach. The outdoor showers are a genius addition, this kept sand out of the house and helped wash away the salty water and bits of seaweed. This place was perfect!! Plenty of room enough bathrooms, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating. The place was very clean. Location was great just across the street from the beach. The outdoor showers were great when returning from the beach. The house had beach chairs and beach toys. The grills were great and the outdoor lobster cookers were great! Sunsets were beautiful! The only downfall was the mosquitos! But we knew the location would have them, next time will have more spray! All and all it was wonderful and hope to do it again next year.

Despite some visible dust, cobwebs, and a/c filters that were dirty we were overall very happy with our stay. There was plenty of room for all our guests, we loved the lobster cooker and the outdoor showers, plus the short walk to a very beautiful, not crowded beach made the vacation.

The house was exactly as shown, multiple levels for us to spread out, many kitchen utensils and pots/pans, 2 outside showers, and an awesome outside set up for lobsters and steamers! Its on the train tracks side but we never heard the trains go by! And right across the street from the beach in a quiet uncrowded area. The only thing that could have made it even greater would be if there was a way to get out back to the patio for grilling from the kitchen as it’s on the second floor, like stairs off the kitchen or something…but we worked it out pretty well. Great place!!

We had an amazing time! Perfect location and big enough for the whole family to fit comfortably. We loved the backyard and outdoor showers were awesome! We loved it!

House was great for our large family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. The outside showers were great for washing off after the beach. The beach is just right across the street. It was very quite on that side! House is stocked with everything you need only thing I would say is that I wish the living space off the kitchen was larger
