We had a wonderful weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge. The house was just as described and we enjoyed all the amenities from the pool and hot tub to the arcades. We also enjoyed the beautiful snow as we were leaving.

Perfect for our extended family of 12 to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The cabin was remarkably clean, everything was in very good condition (furniture, pillows, mattresses, pool, hot tub etc). We found it to be a great location, excellent property that has been well cared for and well maintained. Kathy communicated in timely manner and we would be thrilled to return to this cabin in the future.

We enjoyed the property. Great place to spend with family and the children and adults loved the play area downstairs. Excellent choice for our family.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the property. The cabin was even better than what we expected. The cabin is spacious and the rooms were beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!

Stay was great everything was as it was expected. Only small issue we had was the hot tub was in sleep mode and had to research on youtube on how to take it out of sleep mode so it would warm up. Overall stay was great!

Good trip

The house was clean and the location for activities was very good. There was a food store in close proximity as well as many attractions. The host was very quick at responding to questions. Below is my list of pros and cons. Pro Pool the children age 6 and 9 loved it. There were locks on entrance to Pool area so they could only go in with adult supervision. There were Pool toys for them to enjoy. House was spacious Clean and well decorated Most bedrooms had a bathroom There was a separate game room and movie room. Two decks to sit on outside at house Good location for activities in Pidgeon Forge Con No front or back yard - back is on a slope front is on the street Houses are very close together you can look down on the house next door. Can’t really walk around neighborhood because of steep slopes. Pool area had a strong chlorine smell. Difficult for some adults to sit in there Hot tub was not very clean. Every day there was a smell that drove you indoors which was mentioned in the rental. The plus side was it didn’t last too long. We were charged a $300 deposit which they wanted to keep because the cleaner claimed we had a dog there. We don’t have a dog nor were there any visitors at our house. We were able to resolve the problem and got our money back.
