We just returned from two weeks at this location. We were in Longmont for our grandson's birth. Jarrod was responsive to several emails before our arrival even helping us adjusting our stay when the grandson decided to make an early arrival. Even though this is a basement apartment it is bright and clean. Even though we did not cook many meals you have all you need to prepare a meal. We indeed heard the children during the day but as the listing states this ended early each evening. The bathroom is modern and well stocked with linens. We were able to use the washer/dryer a few times during our stay after sending a quick message. The bed and bedding were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this location again when visiting.

The basement apartment was extremely clean... very neat. Not sure when it was built or remodeled, but it appeared to have been recently.

We visited Colorado for the first time and we had a very pleasant stay at our Vrbo. Our hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay and the apartment was super clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again!

Had an excellent experience. I was visiting for a wedding and the accommodations were perfect for me. Jarrod is an excellent host. Very responsive, and through on directions for check in and out.
Apartment is so cute. Stocked with everything I needed. The bed is soooo comfortable!

Stayed here while helping our daughter move out of her CSU dorm for summer. The place is clean, comfy, and messages with owner are easy with fast replies. Nicely priced with the tradeoff of a little further drive. We were happy to escape some of the graduation crowd by being a bit further out.

This apartment was cute, clean and looked freshly done. The owner was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.
