Okay - this is a step above camping which was expected for the price. Great location - close to Vatican City and metro station. One of the cots had to be covered with a towel to prevent calf injuries from the metal mattress spring, the hot water is sporadic, the fridge is not in use, and there were no batteries in the TV remote. On the plus side - great amount of towels and toilet paper, neat elevator, three key access, and great 5th floor view next to a lovely church with bells that were very pleasant. Common kitchen was well stocked for anyone who wants to cook. You get what you pay for here. We were satisfied.

The location was the greatest thing. Across the street from the vatican. The reterants and stores around the building were also great. Definatly recomend this property

Very close to Ottaviano metro! Perfect location hotel for the price! Friendly staffs and nice! Clean room and big room! The only suggestion please check your remote control maybe the battery is old.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not what the picture indicated it would be but it worked out just fine. The location was excellent for sightseeing.
