While the location is great for access to everything in the Gaslamp district, be prepared for the party noise on the street until about 3 a.m. The hotel does a good job of proving a sound machine to help offset the noise.

Hard to find parking because of the event in the evening till night. Had to pay too much for Valet

The parking was a mess. We were forced to pay a high rate for valet parking due to the lack of parking.

The credit for our unforgettable experiences goes to none other than the amazing Manager, Dre. From the moment we set foot in the rooftop bar, Dre showered us with exceptional care and attention. His warm and friendly demeanor instantly made us feel right at home, and he ensured that every moment spent there was nothing short of extraordinary. It was an absolute pleasure to engage in lively conversations with Dre and bask in his contagious enthusiasm. He truly embodies the essence of outstanding hospitality, making us eagerly anticipate every visit. Now, let's talk about the view. Oh boy, brace yourself for sheer magnificence! In my humble opinion, this rooftop bar boasts the most breathtaking view of any establishment in the entire city. While everything else about this hotel was simply spectacular, I must mention that parking can be a bit of a challenge. However, fear not! I have a valuable tip that will save you from any parking-related inconvenience. I highly recommend opting for the valet parking service available at the hotel. Yes, it does come with a cost, but let me assure you, it's worth every penny. With valet parking, you can bid farewell to the hassle of searching for a parking spot and maneuvering through the busy streets. Instead, you'll be greeted by a team of friendly and efficient valets who will whisk away your vehicle with utmost care. Trust me, this convenient service allows you to focus on enjoying your getaway to the fullest, without worrying about the logistics of parking. Now, you might be wondering about the alternative – self-parking. While it is an option, I must be honest and say that it's not the most convenient choice. Self-parking requires you to find a spot on your own, and unfortunately, the available parking is located about three blocks away from the hotel. Sure, it may be marginally cheaper by $10, but considering the distance and the inconvenience of walking back to the hotel with all your luggage in tow, it's a trade-off that's simply not worth it.

Technology in the rooms are great and upgraded

Poor customer service at front desk. They made it seem like breakfast was free. Also, my bathroom had a major leak and larger shower head didn’t work.
