The house was exactly as it appeared in online pictures. Very nicely decorated, very homey and cozy and immaculate. There were so many nice touches and nothing skimped on. We loved the heated pool. The location was amazing. Close to everything. Lisa was easy to work with. We will be coming back next year.

We booked for two weeks. It was a rocky start. The kitchen ceiling was leaking. Took visits by the agent, an HVAC technician and a plumber to get it fixed. Next, neither we nor the agent could figure out how the coffee pot worked. Lisa ordered a replacement. Next, though the unit listing promised cable tv, the owner had "cut the cord in favor of cheaper streaming to the smart tv's. The problem was that only two of the six NFL playoff games played on the weekend were available on the streaming platforms provided. The agent agreed to take advantage of a free 7-day trial of a streaming service showing all the games, so we got to see them. Lisa was willing to work to make all these initial problems right, and she did, but it was not the relaxing, issue-free stay was had expected at this price point. I also am waiting for the refund of my $1500 damage deposit.

Perfect location in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped for a full meal and the grill outback next to the pool seals the deal, why go anywhere else! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the game table. The adults were happy to make gourmet coffee and tea at the drink bar.

We visited with our 3 kids (all 5 and under.) And it was perfect. Walking distance to a HUGE playground. Plenty of bed space for everyone, the property even had a pack-and-play and highchair we could use so we didn't have to pack our own. Communication with host was fast and easy, we had everything we needed. The popcorn bar was the cutest addition, my kids loved it. Also there were chain locks on the doors out to the pool which as a parent with young kids really gave me peace of mind that they couldn't go out there without us.

Superb comfort, every amenity you can think of, great for families or groups of friends and pets. Near everything you could want (beach, restaurants, groceries, gathering places, parks, trails).
Host is responsive and thoughtful. Safe area and comfortable from start to finish.
This is the place to enjoy your time!

This property looked exactly as you see in the photos. It’s a newer remodel with a great pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was very clean. Also the location can’t be beat! You can pick up the Legacy Trail just on the other side of the back fence, which leads to Payne Park. We walked there every day with our dog, which was perfect. The house is just a very short drive to Lido Key and Siesta Key.
The property owners were very responsive to any inquiries that we had while we were there. They actively reached out to ensure our satisfaction, which was great.
We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay here, we are very sad to leave. We loved having the pool, but the location is the best part…legacy trail or Payne park for a walk. 20 min drive to the farthest beach (Siesta Beach), Lido is only 8 min drive which is our fave. We found the best shelling on the very north tip of lido. So many restaurants close by! Main St Ice Cream is the best we’ve ever had.
Every detail was thought of, we had everything in the house we needed for making dinners in….I had to work while there, have g a dedicated space was very appreciated.
Lisa was very responsive to our questions and had the best restaurant recommendations too
We can’t wait to go back, hopefully sooner than later!

This was an amazing vacation home. It was close to many places we wanted to visit. It was cozy and the pool was great. Much needed rest and relaxation in the lovely house.

We had a fabulous time staying at this property. The home is beautifully renovated and the location is truly perfect. The house is stocked with anything you might need as well. We will definitely be coming back to this house when in Sarasota!

We were in Sarasota for the ACA Canoe and Kayaking Sprint National Championships being held at Nathan Benderson Park. This was a great location and place to relax for competition week. The home was absolutely incredible with everything you might possibly need and then some. The pool, coffee/popcorn bar, and master bath were exceptionally amazing. This will be our go to spot to stay whenever we are in Sarasota.

Great place, inside is spotless, beautiful, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Lovely outside area right on a walking trail. The stone used for the pool deck gets SO HOT we couldn't really use the pool or let our toddler around it too much. It's beautiful but a burn risk for children/pets if they are in the backyard/in the pool and get out barefoot, even for a few seconds.
With that said, we'd still stay at the house again and love the area, the hosts and the home.

The Sunshine Inn was perfect for our stay in Sarasota. The things we wanted to do were so close from great restaurants to the beach and shopping. When we were ready to kick back the house was so comfortable and the backyard pool area was an added bonus. Also, Lisa was great to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would love to return again!

Wow, such a clean, well decorated bungalow! It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are cozy, and the backyard is such a fun spot!
We traveled with our 2 kids, ages 5 and 7. We LOVED the Payne Park being within walking distance and the walking/bike trail.
Sarasota has so much to offer. Farmers market on Saturday mornings, museums, circus, delicious restaurants & dessert at Morton's Market. Gym within walking distance too.
This is a must stay spot!

We are big vacation rental people and this is the happiest experienced we’ve ever had with one. The house is adorably decorated and every detail was well thought out. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. There are as many cutting boards, utensils and even spices as you will need for a week. The location was perfect. We felt centrally located for everything we did this week. The beds were all very comfortable! Coming home without back pain is quite refreshing! My family of 5 was very comfortable in this home. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful week at this property. Lisa went above and beyond making our family stay fantastic. All restaurants were within 10 minutes, and Siesta Keys beach and access was awesome! Heated pool was a bonus. Three bedrooms made privacy for all. House was decorated in a very modern decor! Thanks again to Lisa for making this trip a memorable one.

We were in need of a rental for about 2 weeks and Lisa was very accommodating and was always easy to communicate with. Location is nice as it is a very short drive to a variety of restaurants.

Awesome, everything was awesome, we loved our stay so much and we actually didn’t want to leave. Lisa has put her heart and mind as she made this place. It shows in every detail. The place is well designed, equipment is new, super clean and has all what you need to live your beach life! Can’t wait to visit again.
