We have a great stay fun family time with the boat at the back door we just went out easy. We will come back here again.

Spent a long weekend with my older sons. Had a great time in the area as the location has lots to offer.

Great stay and location. View was perfect as the back porch was on the canal. Place was big, clean and made some memories here. Be back next year.

Lovely home situated right on the canal. We arrived to a very clean home that had everything we needed. The beach towels were a nice added bonus. The pool was super convenient and well taken care of. Our trip was a 10/10. We enjoyed renting bikes from Eaton Bikes in Key West and we snorkeled with Adventure Mermaid (or maybe it was Mermaid Adventures, lol). We definitely would rent this home again- it was super easy and well managed!

It was a nice time - But 2 things detracted from the stay. 1. The 5 pm check in time is uncomfortable - losing the whole first day. Just seems with a standard 10 am check out and a check in that would be less than a 7 hour turnaround would be both achievable and appreciated. 2. The lounge TV didn't work properly - so we had no usable TV in the main lounge. With a 7 year old a TV is a must in a property of this nature. The property manager did visit the property after check in to Help with the TV problem. - but resolution never came, We followed up the next day and was told by the rental l company that they had phoned the TV company. We heard nothing more from the TV company nor rental company. So remained TV-less. I don't mean to complain, but just hope it can be resolved for the next incoming clients.

What a wonderful home. We will definitely be back!

We planned a short trip to Marathon for my wife's birthday. The location was perfect, we could get just about anywhere in a few minutes. The home was very clean and spacious. This was the perfect place to settle down to at the end of the long days. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the Keys

This is a nice convenient spot. There are fishing & diving charters within walking distance, in addition to several restaurants. Even though it’s near the Overseas Hwy there was no noise save the occasional airplane or boat. The pool area is really beautiful, as is the attached veranda along the canal.

We enjoyed our whirlwind stay. The home was spotless and very comfortable. The only difficulty was the 5:00 check-in time and the 10:00 check-out time really cut into our time there.

Relaxing

First off, the house is really great - good location, spacious, comfortable beds and nice view on the Marina. Kitchen could be better equipped (as an example, although the house can host a whole family the only frying pan was for 2 people maximum). The placemats were also dirty and have obviously not be cleaned. My main point is about the overall experience - after booking, I tried to reschedule but did not really receive any clear answer besides "we normally do not accept rescheduling" Fine. Then I had to finalize the booking (it was already fully paid) by signing a 25 page contract; most of it did not apply as we were not bringing a boat but still had to go through a horrible online experience that took forever. The contract states that if you bring pets, they cannot go on the furniture, cannot be left unattended or have to be kept in a crate etc. Does not make you feel welcome. I sent as requested picture of my pets plus their vaccination certificate. Closer to our trip, I received a request for sending the same documentation. Follow up message was stating that I would receive the entry code one week prior while I got it at 4.30 PM on check-in day, after already receiving a message "almost time to check out," I love VRBO as it feels like a home away from home, but in this case I felt like I was dealing with robots

We loved the location, the marina so close by, the boat slip was also convenient, and the sunsets. We stayed here with our friends. Had three teens (one sleep down stairs in an air mattress) and 4 adults. It was the perfect size. From the reviews we knew to bring our own pillows and frying pans but otherwise they pretty much had all you needed for utensils and cooking. The grill was sub par and full of water so we chose to just fry our fish and steaks. The unit wasn’t totally clean when we got there but the management team was very responsive and offered to have someone fix the problem which we declined. Easier to just do it ourselves. The stackable washer was nice and large but a tad bit noisy. The AC worked great, furniture nice, location to restaurants and grocery stores was great also. The linens were soft but was just sheets and a thin blanket so I was glad I. Thought my own blanket like I always do. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again. (Was trying to but can’t find the link!!)

The property was everything advertised and more, peaceful, quiet and clean. Could not have asked for more, our unit for well equipped and furnished nicely. Everything was in great condition with one exception, the beds were very squeeky and firm, but i didn't lose any sleep over it. Thank you so much for a great vacation.

We had a great time staying here. It was very clean and spacious. I adored the covered porch and sat on it every morning with coffee and enjoyed the view. We saw a manatee come into the channel a couple times and enjoyed walking the marina. The pool is really nice too. The location of the property was close to everything too.

We've traveled the world and stayed in many VRBOs and similar places. This one was reasonable. The property grounds are well kept. The common areas are very nice and the pool, in particular, was well suited for the approximately 25 units on site. The unit jtself was functional. It could use a bit of TLC, but nothing significant -- mostly cosmetic -- with the exception of the dryer going out the last day of our trip. Biggest irritations: - cheap kitchen wear...we cooked a bunch and having two small frying pans was a bit frustrating. Obviously we made it work, but in the same way I make things work when I camp. - dish towels and hot pads...there were none when we arrived...we got some two days later, which was appreciated but that's not something we should have to ask for - bare bones ... with a group of six, we had to wash towels frequently as there were no extras...same with pillows and blankets. All in all, it serves our needs. We may stay again but would likely look elsewhere.

Loved our stay at this property and community. Great small community and bonus of boat docks with quick access out. Everyone we met on grounds was so pleasant. Will book again without a doubt. Home had plenty of space for our family.

Overall, this property was spacious, clean and well-maintained. I expected more for the price though. The kitchen was under-furnished, with inadequate cooking utensils to prepare a home-cooked meal. The beds and pillows in all three bedrooms were lumpy and uncomfortable. And the great room easy chairs were spongy and not supportive. If these issues were addressed this could be a really first-rate property.
