The condo was very nice. Overall it was clean except the floor for some reason. The views as mentioned were beautiful and the balcony was very nice. There were ceiling fans and the owner had the portable air conditioner up and running for us which was fantastic -we had no issues with the breakers. The owner was also responsive with any questions we had. It is very close to groceries and some fast food restaurants and the train into Vancouver. The area is in the process I believe of being refurbished. There is some construction happening. The parking on site was also good. We did not spend much time in the area-the train into Vancouver was close by.

Very small 2 bedroom, excellent view, some distance from tourist areas. Arrived to hot unit, no central A/C, floor unit breaker tripped. Reset breaker, tripped again in 2 hours, called owner, tried outlet in kitchen for unit, tripped ground fault. Breaker keep tripping and one bedroom outlets went with it. 3 eighty degree days with very limited sporadic A/C. Several calls to owner -no action. Worried that unit may be a fire hazard. Not acceptable.

The apartment was clean, but amenities were bare minimum. Had to call host and request a hairdryer as one was listed on amenities (he did deliver one to use on second day). No soap in bathrooms either (well, there were used soap bars in the vanities!). Air conditioner is a portable unit that makes the balcony inaccessible when in use and trips a circuit when turned on. Construction site across the street woke us up as did street noise - amazing how loud it was for the 29th floor. Bedrooms were so small you could not open your suitcase and have space to walk in the room. There were no instructions or indication that this was a VRBO rental. Had to contact host to find out lock-up instructions. After he suggested we leave the key in the kitchen drawer I reminded him we need the key to lock the door and suggested we place it in the locked box on the door where we found it. That was fine until we needed it to get to our car on P1 parking level! Come to find out from the front desk, this apartment is not to be used for short-term VRBO guests.

We had an amazing stay during our 3 day trip to Surrey. The condo is very well located in downtown Surrey and all downtown locations like mall and metro station close by at walking distance. Our host was very friendly and accommodative of our checkin and checkout times and ensured we were comfortable throughout. The views from the 29th floor unit are worth it- especially the morning sunrise views. Do not miss it ! Place itself was very clean and tidy with all the basic utensils and toiletries available for convenience. Would definitely check out the availability next time we are visiting Surrey.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The views from each room and living area were just mesmerizing, day and at night, even with it raining during our stay we just loved how it looked outside. And with everything walking distance we were just able to walk to our destinations, easily, restaurants, skytrain, mall, fun park all 5-10 minutes walking distance from the condo, very convenient.
