The home was clean, stocked with all the extra items you might need, beautiful pool and river front patio. Short drive to downtown and beaches. Will definitely stay here again if possible!

My husband, our son, his wife, 3 grandchildren and I enjoyed the following: Spacious clean home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Well equipped kitchen - we ate all meals at the house. Pool with covered lanai and 7 padded chairs - Pool was cleaned during our stay. It is 3-8 foot deep. Deep enough to get in a good workout. We enjoyed lounging around the pool. Dock with picnic table - We fished from the dock and actually caught fish!!! Kayak - used the kayak provided by the host. Enjoyed going to the Mangroves and fishing Close to beach - Our son and wife enjoyed their morning run from the house to and along the beach. Beach - We had a short drive to the beach. (Park at Lori Wilson Park). Modern restrooms and beach showers available. The beach had life guards on duty and an individual renting chairs and umbrellas. (Surfing Note: I watched Victor, who is also a life guard, gave surfing lessons. We didn't take lessons; however, I spoke with him about his lessons and was impressed with this passion for surfing. He teaches all ages; from children to seniors.) Host was very responsive to questions. The hair dryer was missing. The host ordered a hair dryer which was delivered the next day.

This property is right on the water and is an excellent choice for a couple or extended family. The owner was very willing to respond to questions and is a nice person. The location is wonderful. One could walk to the grocery store and so many restaurants are all around the property. I expect I will rebook in the future if the property will have any openings. If you are interested in this property don’t wait to book or you will miss an opportunity.
