Ubicación magnífica, muy céntrico. Acceso al alojamiento sencillo y buena comunicación vía móvil, todo claro y detallado. Buena experiencia.

El acceso a segunda planta requiere subir unas escaleras estrechas, típicas holandesas pero algo complicadas para equipaje pesado o personas con algún tipo de discapacidad (mejor planta baja en esos casos)

The location was great for the town centre and was nice and quiet at night.

The shower was not warm enough even when I had the hot tap full on. Room no4 is upstairs. the steps are very steep, it's ok going up but its like trying to descend the north face of the eiger coming down.

Wifi did not work and was transmitted to the agents, but no answer was received.

In the heart of the city centre. Lovely kitchen and eating area. Laundry is very convenient!!! I will stay here again. Never met Suus, but communication was excellent!

Struggled a little with the electronic keys, as we couldn’t connect on Wifi from front door and one needs internet to access room. Only one toilet roll for 4 days, perhaps add one more? And another suggestion is to have more hooks in the bathroom for towels? Really not a big issue, but just some feedback.
