Though the apartment allotted was a bit different from the ones posted in the site, it was good.
Most travelers/tourists requirements will be met if all properties posted on booking com are of this standard.
Everything was up to the level of expectation of a tourist.

The location and amenities were satisfactory.
Unfortunately, it was not clean. We had to wash all the kitchen utensils and tables before using them. I do not recommend it

This property is even more gorgeous in person than it is in the photos! It's right on top of the ocean, and the huge private patio with the hot tub was such a peaceful place to hang out and enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean. The kitchen and living room have massive windows with jaw-dropping 180 degree views. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful with everything we needed and there were really great restaurant options just a few minutes walking from the villa. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering staying here!
