Staff show me three rooms, but all are not livable

Very helpful and cooperative staff especially Irfan Khan who was very swift to check-in. He guided regarding everything including location, nearby facilities, food places etc. The helper Waheed was also very helping in carrying the luggage and trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Good A/C in this hot and humid weather. It is near to three main Marakaz of E11 sector on walking distance.
Like most of the guest houses in Islamabad there is name written outside. The location on booking.com and google is also not correct. Its correct address is House No 11, Ameer e Millat Road, E-11/1 Main Double Road.

Mr. Altaf & Mr. Irfan were very profession and gave personal services.
Staff Was very much cooperative.
property was clean.
location was easy to access.
Newly built property.
No fridge in room.
Windows were covered with big, fixed window blinds.
Bathroom was not fully functional, and they couldn't fix.
Breakfast was only Bread & eggs.

Everything was exceptionally good, the hosts were very professional and respectful and the rooms were in great condition.

Breakfast was an additional cost. Which was brought from the roadside cafe.
We liked the fact that the setup was good and new and clean. And we had the place all to ourselves, as it was off season.
Customer services needs to be majorly improved.
Secondly a board with a name outside the premises would greatly help the guests to find this place.
