La estética, la ubicación, la atención del personal.

Las escaleras, no es del todo accesible.

Air conditioning was a relief, at the end of each day. Tea and coffee, with sugar, were also a nice touch..

Location is excellent! Big space, comfortable beds.

What stood out most was how clean everything was.

The location was less convenient than expected. The beds are really hard… There is no lift, and the high steps make carrying heavy luggage upstairs challenging, especially for a longer stay. The transfer arrangements were also poorly handled. I received a message at 9:03 pm explaining that the transfer should have been paid for upon arrival, yet nobody had been at reception when we arrived. Clear payment instructions beforehand would have avoided this confusion. We paid the property, but the driver was apparently not informed. On the return journey, he was rude, insisted that we should not have paid the property, and questioned whether we had actually paid, even after we showed him the receipt. When I contacted reception, they called back to say we had not paid anything, without first checking the transaction. The lack of coordination was frustrating, and the way we were treated was unprofessional.
