Enjoyed the home's easy walk to the beach and proximity to the trolley stop, as well as to the bay. Comfortable seating on the outside balconies.and spacious interior rooms. Everything was clean and in working order. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

We stayed with 4 couples, there was plenty of room both inside and out for everyone. The ping pong room downstairs is great & has garage doors that open so you can still be outside in a nice covered area. The pool was a nice temperature even in the cooler weather we had. The house is walking distance to many bars & restaurant and is a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Communication with the rental agency is also great, they keep in touch throughout your stay and respond immediately to anything you ask.

The house is beautiful, spacious and clean and conveniently located a mile from the southern restaurants, bars and shops. Communication with property manager was prompt. We were pressured many times with the suggestion of late checkout at an additional charge. There was zero flexibility staying past the 10am check out time unless we paid the extra fee. Even though there was no one staying at the house the next night.

We really liked the house. Short walk to the beach. The Decks and pool were fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach and the beach was never crowded. Everything about the house was great, but I wouldve liked to see more basics in the kitchen like cooking spray, salt and pepper, etc. Definitely not a deal breaker. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful, clean home short walk to beach!

Very disapointed; Was told by host and was listed in Vrbo as having 4 bathrooms it only has 3 bathrooms. I see now this has been corrected in the Vrbo listing. The Vrbo description of this property's game room reads as follows: The game room/garage area has a pool table, and a bar area with stool seating. Such a great man-cave, especially on hot days! You’ll find extra supplies like beach chairs, coolers and pool floats in the garage storage area. This game room/carport with outdoor access to the pool & patio makes a wonderful addition to the living and entertaining spaces of this home. The "Game Room" was a garage without air conditioning, it was over 100 degrees, it had a ping-pong table it doesn't have a pool table and didn't have bar area with stool seating and certainly wasn't a wonderful addition to the living and entertaining spaces of the home.

Property is well located and convenient and did the job for the price. Items to note, the listing said 4 BR/ 4Bath, which is not true. There's only 3 baths. Then there's one huge room and three very small rooms. Water pressure is terrible and the water smells. Pool light didnt work but they came to fix it rather quickly. Not the most ideal spot for more than one infant due to the sizes of the other 3 rooms in comparison to the largest room.
