I had friends visit from out of town for the weekend and booked this properly for convenience. We were very impressed with the property and location! Easy check in/check out process, the state of the property was incredible and neighborhood was quiet. As a larger group, we loved the outdoor space and den area. Definitely would stay again!

We came down over Christmas to be close to family who live in the area. There were 2 kids and 5 adults and it was a great amount of space. The bedding was so comfortable we were able to sleep great and even want to purchase the set for our own home haha. Rob was extremely communicative and helpful even on Christmas. Would recommend!

This home worked perfect for my friends Bacelorette party! We loved all the amazing wallpaper and decor. This was such a great location and just a short uber ride to get to the beach! Highly recommend this home for your next getaway!

This was the most perfect location for my Dazed and Engaged themed bachelorette party! It was close to the beach and to down town. The pool was perfect for swimming at all hours of the day. There was plenty of space for everyone. Rob made sure everything was running smoothly and had plenty of recommendations on things to do. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed for one night at the beginning of our trip. House was very clean and the drive to the beach was about 10 minutes. Early check in allowed us to drop off our stuff and hit the beach right away.

There are 4 bedrooms & the hangout / disco room. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.
The pool on the side of the house is super cute and has some afternoon shade, which is much appreciated in the afternoon heat! There’s also a great playground about a block away, that’s mostly shaded from the trees.
The house is easy to get to, beaches and downtown are not far away. Very convenient to everything.
We will definitely stay again next time we’re down in the area!

Don't get me wrong this is a 5 Star place to stay. Great renovated house in a location that's close and convenient to everything (within a 5-10 drive, not walking distance). Host is super responsive and accommodating with requests. We loved the pool, it is incredibly nice, although a little smaller than we realized but didn't impact our enjoyment in any way. Only things that would have made our stay even more enjoyable would have been a window AC unit in the master, while the ceiling fan was helpful, it was the warmest room in the house even with the temp at 70 degrees. Also would benefit from a couple umbrellas outside (fortunately we had our 15x15 pop-up tent for the beach that we used for the pool deck. We will 100% stay here again for a weekend by the beach.

We had 4 couples and 3 kids during the vacation and the house was very spacious and open to fit our party. Rob was very nice and accommodating, very quick response time, and made sure to recommend the best local spots around the area. Check-in was a breeze although the renters before us checked out later than the designated time, but we didn’t mind driving to go grab brunch at The Wheelhouse while waiting for the cleaners to finish up their job. Neighbor across the street was a little too super friendly which made me and the girls a bit uncomfortable, but the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Overall experience was fantastic, especially the fenced in pool in the backyard with the gas bbq grill. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you Rob!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Rob’s property. Everything was exactly as listed. Very short ride to the beach which was a plus! Rob was a great host, quick and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful quaint house in St Pete! So perfectly decorated, very clean, upgraded appliances/counters/bathrooms etc., and a great use of space. The pool is so nice and creates a perfect outdoor lounge/bbq area. The beds are all super comfy and the house is only a short Uber ride to downtown St Pete bars and beaches. The owner, Rob, answered all of my questions so quickly and was so friendly. Highly recommend this adorable house!!

Our stay was awesome! My 5 year old niece asked if we could move in! Rob was gracious and always available, the house was clean, spacious and had everything we could need! The park across the street was an added bonus for the little ones! We loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed the backyard area tremendously! We actually added more days to our stay we enjoyed it so much! Loved all of the little “extras” in the house and getting to listen to the Stones on vinyl was just plain awesome! We would Definitely stay again!!

Walked in to clean and smelled refreshing in the home. Lots of room for 10 people, except one bathroom was in a room. No drawers in the rooms so hard to dig in and out of suitcases and one of the luggage racks was broken. The long couch in living room seemed it was about to break so we avoided sitting there. The pool and patio was great surrounded by a fence for privacy. The home was stocked well then others we’ve been in. We all loved the retro style of home, well done!

9 adults and 2 children and 2 dogs stayed here for Thanksgiving break. Wed- Sun. The house was cozy, very clean and plenty of room. We didn’t feel crowded and had plenty of space. We were especially pleased with the location, lots of parking, plenty of towels, and heated pool. We were 12-15 minutes from the beach, walking distance (1block) to a park/ playground. I highly recommend the house and definitely will stay again.
