The location and design is great for a family or friends enjoying all that Salida has to offer. Our hosts were very responsive and this is truly a gem!

We couldn’t have stayed in a better place for our family’s gathering for Thanksgiving - and being located directly on the Holiday Parade route was SO MUCH FUN!!!

Our family of six (kids ages 2 to 12) enjoyed our short stay here. The property is downtown so it makes walking to restaurants and shops a breeze! The street in front of the property is closed to traffic in summer, so you have to park around the corner or a few blocks away, but it wasn’t a big deal. I was glad not to have traffic as you stepped out the door that enters the street, having small children. (This door is between two businesses and leads up a flight of stairs to the property’s front door.) The beds were comfortable. The water pressure and temperature good. The kitchen was stocked to meet our needs, including some plastic dishes. One recommendation we’d make is for a window unit in the master bedroom. It was toasty in the place due to unusually warm temps outside and no AC. It didn’t really cool down with open windows and fans until the evening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

The place was super clean and cozy! Loved that it had ac. Communication with owners was fabulous! Location perfect right downtown close to everything! We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown Salida- look no further! This place was extremely clean, the location is perfect for all things outdoors and in town, and the hosts were very responsive! We had the perfect mini vacation!

A lovely place to stay. Charming loft with brick walls and views of F street pedestrian walkway. Well appointed kitchen and furnishings. Highly recommend.

We loved the location. Condo was perfect for us. We loved all the cozy blankets and proximity to everything. Parking was the only down side but we understand!

Clean condo, easy communication with hosts, and a perfect sleeping arrangement for our family of five made for a nice stay. The details in the recommendations and the access to downtown were wonderful. We also enjoyed a ski day at Monarch without any trouble. Highly recommend!

My sister, brother-in-law, and I decided to escape and disconnect for a few days with our pups and take ski lessons at Monarch Mountain. Salida was the perfect location and this Vrbo was perfectly located in downtown Salida. Cute restaurants, shops, bars, and bakeries all within a few minutes walk, as well as a nice riverside park that the pups can enjoy. Everything we needed was at the condo, and bonus for the plethora of board games we had fun staying up too late playing. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s even nicer in person. It is super close to all things downtown. We loved it! Kitchen and living room are super cozy and stocked with tons of board games. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were so many blankets to relax in. We had to ask the owner a few questions multiple times and he always replied within minutes. We so appreciate that. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Dishwasher was full, clothes in dryer when we arrived. The lamp in the smaller bedroom had a broken on/ off switch. The sink in small bathroom doesn’t drain. But we loved the location and condo!!Thanks!!

My wife, dog and I came for a quick getaway. The location was PERFECT! All communication with Bob was great, and the property was even more spacious than we expected. We will absolutely be back.
