The house is old and in need of modernization. The bones are there to make this property a gem.

The house was easy to find. In a good neighborhood. The carpets were stained and seemed a little dirty. There was mouse feces in the silverware drawer. Overall, it wasn't bad but could've used a good deep cleaned. Backyard was great for the dogs! Living room furniture could've been bigger and more comfy. Bed was comfy. Bathroom towels had a musty smell to them (like they had sat wet for too long before drying).

It was a great stay very clean house and it has all you need to go to the beach. It has everything you need to cook as well .

We arrived after a twelve hour drive to be greeted with a car in the driveway and the door open which made us all nervous but our fears we immediately gone when we met the owner who was doing some last minute cleaning because the cleaners could not make it. Overall it was a great stay with just about everything you could ever need and more. We brought our doggies and the back yard was perfect. Close to everything and very cozy. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning. The house was clean and bug free .

A couple of friends and I were in Pensacola for a weekend and we stayed here and had a great time! The home was clean and represented well by the pictures in the listing. Additionally the folks hosting the home were very helpful with us throughout our stay. We would certainly stay here again!

We had booked this vacation home, and we are glad we did. When we walked in, all the lights were on, and everything was clean. The house itself was well equipped with everyday utensils from hammers and duck tape to dishes, pots, and pans to even nightlights in the bedrooms! Everything we needed wad there, and we are very pleased to have stayed at this property. We felt at home here, and we appreciate all the work done by Mrs. Cynthia Tant to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you much!

Or stay was good we didn't spend too much inside. Pictures were deceiving, it showed the beach from balcony but we were near a busy road. We had to take out our trash but no trash bags were provided. We went to buy our own and use bathroom trash bags. Other than that we had a good time in Pensacola.
