The location is great, walking distance to the beach! House is beautiful, however there are things that need some work/could make it better, the master bathroom toilet over flowed the first flush, the plunger mechanism is broke and just held together with a safety pin, all of the soap dispensers in all bathrooms were empty, someone’s underwear was found in the upstairs bedroom between the side table and the bed….gross! Dishwasher is a safety hazard! It’s not level, inside trays fall forward you can’t push them in until you shut the door, and shutting the door is a battle, backyard pool area needs a better set up, umbrellas didn’t function, no way to get shade, pool deck was HOT!! Yet neighbor property had lots of working umbrellas/shade, much nicer! Battery was low on the door key lock couldn’t get it to work the last night, had to go through pool gate and into the garage to open it, the deadbolt on the door from garage to pool area is broken there is no way to lock it, that’s a safety issue! A few little things that could be added to the kitchen would be a strainer, a pizza cutter, aluminum foil/ Saran Wrap…. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, washer and dryer was wonderful, beds were comfortable, wagons and beach umbrellas/toys were great to have on hand, the beach chairs should be replaced, some were broken, several were very low to ground style, hard for older adults to get in and out of…. The decks off the living room and bedrooms were wonderful!

We liked the property, the location was great, and would stay there again if available. Concerns were mostly kitchen related. When they are fixed this property would get an excellent review.

Overall a good house. We did have quite of few issues. #1 the pad lock is on the side door not the front door as stated in the directions to enter the house. We had to call the manager for we couldn't get in. #2 the filter on the refrigerator needs to be replaced, we had to buy ice #3 the inside of the wash machine was all moldy (gross) and the house manager sent someone out to clean it. #4 It rained and there was water leaking from the ceiling in the garage. #5 The nights were cold and there are no blankets. The only thing on the bed was a sheet and a very thin bedspread NOT comforters as the manager stated to me. My 75 year old mother and I had to sleep with towels on us at night to stay warm. We turned up the thermostat to 75 just so we could sleep. #6 The pool sticks to the pool table need new tips, no chalk and the pool stick rack is broken. #7 Two sand chairs were all rusted through and broken.
