It was very dirty, like everywhere, bathroom, bedroom, sheets hasn’t been changed for a long time

It was a bit difficult to locate because got there late. Javed did a great job decribing the location but make sure you get there when it is bright😀.

The staff went above and beyond. A peaceful happy house. You will not be disappointed.

Javed was really proactive in being helpful and it was a pleasure talking with him. His tenants were also very pleasant and let me in beyond the 9 p.m. check-in time, which I unfortunately exceeded due to unexpected late working hours. The room was large with a comfortable mattress and suitably warm duvet. The shared bathroom was just across the landing, and the shower was good.

The postcode was not accurate for SatNav, so the address was a little difficult to locate at first. The landlord predicted and tried to remedy the situation. I would have loved to have had a television in my room, but in fairness, didn't have the time to watch anything. I never managed to work out if it was possible to have a bath, as opposed to a shower within the bath.
