The house was very clean and comfortable. A couple of items did not seem to be working properly but the owner was responsive to getting the items replaced or repaired.

The house is located in a run down area and is very close to the road. You constantly hear traffic noise and the nearby trains.

The property is very well maintained and you can tell the owner takes pride in this house.

The area this house is in really caught us off guard as it doesn’t appear to be in the best area of the city, many of the houses around seem to be getting remodeled but others are very run down, however the house itself is really well renovated and maintained. We had a couple issues and the owner was quick to resolve and really seemed to care for their guests experience.

There is no furniture in the bedroom other than the bed and a nightstand. There needs to be another piece of furniture so that you don't have to sit all of your belongings on the floor. The towels were worn, discolored and cheap. There was only one towel in each bathroom. There was no toilet tissue in one bathroom. The condition of some of the utensils is horrible. They are burnt and bent and need to be replaced ASAP. There are only two coffee mugs, and most of the wine glasses do not match each other.

The property was beautiful, well decorated and had a lot of space. It was a great value for our trip!

the heat wasn’t working at the time, but the host was 100% on top of fixing the situation. she even had someone drop off space heaters for each of the bedrooms while she worked on getting a technician out to fix the issue.
