Precio del hotel es razonable, tiene playa privada, la comida ESTA Bien, trato del responsible de hotel amer fue excelente

1. I liked the room upgrade when I arrived (garden view to sea view). 2. The staff are cooperative and do their best to make the guests comfortable. 3. There are many pools therefore none of them is crowded even in the peak times. 4. Food taste was good

1. The restaurant definitely needs more staff. The guy preparing the pasta was leaving his place to clear some tables! It happened several times that I came to the restaurant and there wasn’t a single table ready (dishes were still there on all the tables). 2. The rooms need some maintenance (air conditioners and the refrigerator were noisy, the sink was leaking, the door connecting the two rooms wasn’t opening, and the TV in one of the rooms wasn’t working. (But was kinda okay coz we stayed outside the rooms most of the time anyway). 3. The restaurant needa more food variety (especially on breakfast).

Distance between room and beach is too long and from restaurants to room also too long I walked like 4 kilometers in full day

I liked the free upgrade that I got on arrival, I liked the friendly and helpful staff, I liked the reef and the Italian restaurant. Also, the beer was surprisingly good.

I did not like that the beach bar closed quite early. Even though it is supposed to remain open until the sun sets (or even until 6pm according to the hotel guide that I received when I checked in). It is really a shame that one cannot enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand. Also, the food at the main restaurant was rather monotonous. And I did not like very small beer glasses. 😃
