The location was excellent, with great access to both the beach and the old town. The outside space was spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom was an en suite, so if sleeping on sofa bed you had to either go through the bedroom or use the toilet located off the patio. This wasn’t a big problem though.

1) Perfect location in the heart of Altea old town 2) Spacious balcony with sun loungers ,parasol and view of the sea and mountains. 3) Clean & well equipped apartment , very peaceful & comfortable. 4) Roberto the host is responsive , easily contactable and offered suggestions for dinner Overall a wonderful stay in this quirky , authentic Spanish townhouse .

Casa Roberto was very comfortable and spacious. Clean, well-designed space, great furnishing, and an amazing terrace with a decent view. 5 minutes away from both the beach & old town, this stay is perfect to explore Altea. The part of the beach closest to this property is the most beautiful. The friendly + helpful demeanor of the host, Roberto, made our stay delightful. He made it easy to check-in as per my arrival. If you're visiting with a friend, you can have a spacious bed each by extending the sofa bed. Waking up to the beautiful sounds & scenery of Altea was my favorite part. It was very relaxing and I was able to do laundry as well. Dining table and chairs were comfortable for my daily remote work. The kitchen is well-equipped, you just need to get some groceries.

Lack of storage spaces for clothes. Coffee table had sharp edges; hurt myself a couple of times, so I moved it aside. The bathroom didn't have a door, which can be an issue for people who don't arrive with their partners. Although, Roberto did try his best to get better broadband set up, the internet wasn't great and couldn't be fixed due to road construction (a very time-specific municipal project, not a property issue).

La terraza y la ubicación son buenas. Tienen un dispensador de agua mineral y es maravilloso.

El olor constante a tubería del baño debido a no haber ni una puerta que separe del cuarto. El fregadero de la cocina se embozaba y es una marranada tenerlo así. El agua de la ducha no sale con presión y además va cambiando de frío a caliente.

La ubicación perfecta, cerca del centro histórico y del paseo marítimo, las terrazas geniales, y las camas muy cómodas. La cocina con electrodomésticos prácticamente nuevos, todo estupendo

The house is beautifully decorated. The three terraces are lovely, and you can catch glimpses of the ocean. I would have loved to have stayed longer.

The code provided did not work so we had to call to get the correct key code to enter the house. There was no shampoo/conditioner or soap available.

It was totally superb and exceeded expectations in every aspect. Furnishings were all high quality as were the beds....the Kitchen was like a home kitchen rather than holiday let....fantastic!!

I had to leave!!
