The weather wasn't perfect, but the house sure was. Super updated house, right on the ocean. Amazing back patio. We enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants on the Shoreline, sunsets at night, and fishing. Kim the owner was super responsive. We will be back for sure.

There are nothing but good things to say about our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owner is available and always kind, helpful, and friendly!! Just an excellent stay all around.

We loved the harbor front location. The view is wonderful, and the grounds are set up for outdoor living. We like to cook in. The kitchen is the best we have found yet. Kim is a gracious and attentive host. Look forward to returning next year.

Kim’s Landing is a gorgeous house in a spectacular location! The views of Long Island Sound are breathtaking, and the property is amazing. Spotless, spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, a huge, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable bed. We had a fire on the patio both nights-it was lovely! We kayaked right from the house too. There’s a short but really fun and scenic walk to the public beach-we highly recommend that! Kim was so responsive and helpful as well. She thought of everything-beach towels, beach blankets, sunscreen, firewood-it was awesome! More amenities than I’ve ever seen at any VRBO. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway at an amazing, well appointed property!

We just can’t say enough about this lovely beach house!!
Beautiful accommodations, comfy, plush bed, immaculately clean, plenty of storage. All the dishes and other kitchen items, appliances, linens and furniture are of very nice quality, which makes it a pleasure to stay here.
The bedroom door opens without a squeak! Very important if you get up early to see the gorgeous light as the sun comes up and burns off the haze over the water but don’t want to wake anyone else!
We loved how private the outside areas are, and how quiet the neighborhood was - we almost forgot we had neighbors! There are so many options for outside seating! Shady, breezy spots, a chaise for sunbathing; the sofa was great to lean back and stargaze, and the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit were perfect in the evenings!
We loved every minute and hope to return one day soon!

Impressed to say the least! This house was completely stocked - beach chairs, beach towels, pillows, blankets, coffee, water! Highchair & Pack and Play! I couldn’t believe how everything was right there ready to use! Having a full size washer and dryer was wonderful, especially traveling with children.
Kim’s communication was fantastic from start to finish. So kind.
The neighborhood is very quaint and having two beaches to choose from was a bonus - although you don’t even need to leave the property unless you want sand in your toes! The yard in addition to the patio was very ideal! Coffee in the morning, margaritas during the day, wine at night - it was so picturesque. A true vacation.
I highly recommend for anyone to rent this house. Can’t wait to be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet, peaceful, and the view is wonderful. We also enjoyed kayaking, walking, and biking. Hope to be back next year.

House is stylish and well appointed. The kitchen is amazing and I enjoyed making dinners there as I love to cook. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The home was super clean. We had perfect weather and the sunsets were absolutely incredible. We loved it and are planning on going back!

Beautiful property. Well maintained. Everything we need was provided. Quiet area. Home had extra touches like blankets and recreational activities. Would love to go back!

We had a fabulous time! It was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We would have loved to have stayed longer, and are looking forward to booking our next trip there.
The views are stunning. So many times, when looking up at the view outside, I just kept exclaiming, "Wow!".

We had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean, comfortable and great location. The ocean view and sunsets were awesome. We had everything we need for our stay. The ping pong table was an added bonus that made the stay that much better. Thank you Kim for sharing your property with us. Hope to be back.

The property is beautiful, just like the pictures! Views are amazing! Everything guests could want, was available for use. The house was spotless and beautiful inside as well! Kim was great and available to answer any questions. We definitely hope stay again next year.

We flew to CT to get together with family for Thanksgiving and loved this house. It’s absolutely beautiful and the hosts were very responsive.
Has everything you need to cook , relax, and play.

We stayed at Kim’s Landing to get out of NYC last weekend and it was great. Super clean, great views, and nicely located between New Haven and Mystic. The back yard views on the sound, fire pit and other amenities added to the fun. We’ll be back!
