Property was exactly as advertised and would definitely stay again! The outdoor shower was very handy and had great water pressure.

The house is adorable. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and the master bathroom in particular is beautiful! Amy was such a gracious, accommodating hostess, from start to finish. VRBO was having technical problems when I was trying to reserve, and Amy made it happen. The beach access was awesome. We wholeheartedly recommend this home to any renters and hope to return soon!

This lovely cottage was fresh, clean, and new with all beds nicely made and very comfortable for sleeping. Our family gathered here on Easter weekend for for brunch and an indoor Easter egg hunt because of the gale blowing outside. It was cozy yet spacious The kitchen had everything we needed. Amy was very attentive to our needs even providing a cord for golf cart charging. The neighborhood is peaceful and shaded, yet close to shops. The home is a short walk to Bogue Sound. with a park and pier. Already considering a return visit.

It was our first time to the area and having a lovely, clean house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that welcomed dogs and was within an easy walk to both the sound and ocean on Emerald Isle made the trip even more memorable. Plus perks like access to private beach parking and great suggestions from the hosts on where to eat, walking trails etc sweetened the visit. Visiting off season meant no traffic so it was easy for us to check out Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and Beaufort too. We enjoyed lovely beach and trail walks and were super impressed by how green and non-flat Emerald Isle is. The kitchen was provisioned with the cookware you need if you feel like cooking, grilling or making frozen drinks. Just pick up or bring your groceries, condiments, spices and oils and make yourself at home in a spacious kitchen. Bed and master bath/shower were great. We’d return in heartbeat and brings friends or family. Plenty of room for 6 people to be comfortable.

This is our second time staying with this host, and as with the first, everything was wonderful. The home is in a wonderful, quiet location and very easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, and the water. We rent homes in the area to allow my wife to visit her folks while still giving us privacy, space for the dogs, downtime for me, and the like, and both this home and its sister property are perfect for our needs. Highly recommend it for couples, sporting groups, and smaller families.
