We really enjoyed this place. The beach was close, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery,library are all across the street.
Our host was responsive. The apt has everything you need.
We were able to see two space x launches from the beach.

We stayed there for a funeral. After coming back from the service we discovered that the A/C wasn't working. The owner sent out a repairman but the part had to be ordered.
The owner gave us a fair discount. Other than this hiccup,
the place was great, private and quiet. The location is excellent, close to beach, grocery, and restaurants.

We spent Labor Day weekend at Melbourne Beach. Had a great time and enjoyed all the places within walking distance, especially the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

As avid beach lovers, my husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at , and we couldn't have asked for a more idyllic vacation spot.
First and foremost, the proximity to the beach is unmatched. Just a stone's throw away from the shoreline, we were able to easily indulge in hours of sun-soaked relaxation and endless waves. The convenience of being able to walk between the beach within minutes was simply unbeatable.
The property itself left no stone unturned when it came to providing all the necessary amenities. Oceanpoint truly catered to our every need, even ensuring we had a extra supply of beach towels readily available. The attention to detail, such as this, exemplified the thoughtfulness of the property owners in creating a well-rounded vacation experience.
Beyond the beachside perks, Oceanpoint provided ample comfort and convenience. The accommodations were clean, modern, and tastefully furnished.
Oceanpoint hosts provided clear instructions for operating electronics, where to find items and even provided local recommendations for restaurants within walking distance to the beach. If you’re looking for a little getaway for the weekend, I would highly recommend this place.

Although everything looked nice and surfaces were clean, Cat and dog hair were all over the floors. I’m allergic to that so I was struggling the whole time and I left with a terrible rash. I did tell manager my complaint upon leaving, and the owner did say if I had let them know when I first came, they would have sent someone out to clean it.

Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, a few toiletries, kitchenware, and other basic needs. Location was within walking distance of a market, restaurants and beach. I would stay there again.

Exactly what I wanted in a Fla vacation! Not touristy. No high-rises. Quiet. Nice sun patio for windy days.
Gourmet market within 100 yards. Beach access within 300 yards. Independent and reasonable restaurants between the two.
Bonus: witnessed 2 launches from Canaveral. Will definitely return.

Seven restaurants within easy walking distance.. Very fancy to simple take out. Convenient parking right out side the door. Only a 2 block walk to the beach. An excellent market just across the road..

The property manager Ken was very accommodating, allowing us to bring our two large dogs and allowing us to check in early to accommodate plans! The property was exactly as listed and was very clean on arrival. It is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. There is a market and diner across the street. An excellent place to stay if you’re looking for a beach vacation. We visit Melbourne often to see family and will definitely be back!

Super cute, clean and easy access to both ocean and river. All walkable! Wonderful mom and pop neighborhood market and restaurants across the street. All such friendly people. Ken was very quick to respond and help when we locked ourselves out! His place has been fully remodeled, tiled, large walk in shower, front and back deck, 2 washers and dryers (so handy), king bed and start up paper products! Comfortable and cute! Hope to book 2 weeks again next year!

This little spot was a perfect way for some fellow Floridians to be closer to the beach for the weekend. The bed was comfortable, the living room was spacious, and we were able to walk to dinner, and the beach. We also had a dog with us and 10 miles north is the Canova dog beach. Highly recommend

This was a cute little place, and it matched its description well. We did have issue with a shower with no place to put our soap, shampoo, and wash cloths, but a minor incovenience when everything else, location, cleanliness, and ease of check in were awesome !

This property couldn’t be in a better location! seconds from multiple food and drink spots but even closer to the beach… only recommend adding AC unit to the bedroom window at least as the only unit is in the living room and it gets really hot. All in all enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, but close to everything. Great restaurants, awesome market right across the street and an easy short walk to the beautiful and non crowded beach. Also nice to be able to walk to the river side too.

The Brevard beaches have maintained their charm over the years - still not over built or over commercialized. Easy to get around, great places to eat with outdoor dining. Great seafood. We drove over from Tampa for a short stay and will definitely be back.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. From the moment we walked in, the house felt very clean and inviting. It had plenty of space for us to feel comfortable in. Everything feels new / updated, and both TVs are smart Tvs which made streaming movies easy. It is also a convenient walk to the beach, which is just down the street! There were some beach items provided that we enjoyed using (umbrella, camp chairs, boogie board). Starter soap/dishwasher soap etc was provided, but not a starter laundry pod. The only things we would change would be a curtain over the back glass door, adding a shelf in the nice walk-in shower, adding more hooks or drying racks for wet bathing suits/towels, etc., and maybe some written instructions that the hot/cold on the shower are backwards! I would definitely recommend this place and would be more than happy to stay here again!!

Even the grocery store across the street had great prices on their steaks there was two or three restaurants within walking distance there was a beach park and then there was the beach. We were able to bring our dog she loved it everything was fantastic and the place was beautiful so if you're thinking about a getaway or going to stay for a little while there's so much to do in this little quaint area there's a pier we didn't even get to. So needless to say I'm a local from Orlando and this will be my getaway for sure. I promise you it will be a fantastic stay for you if you choose this property or one of the three other ones that he has thank youI

This property has character and charisma! The owner is improving the outside landscape..the small back yard porch was perfect for breakfast tea or afternoon wine! Comfy king bed and new looking living room furniture. Our first visit to Melbourne Beach was enhanced by our stay at this VRBO!

Relaxing, clean, and safe. A perfect relaxing experience in a wonderful property close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Amenities within the property were comfortable, and 1st rate. The outside shower was a huge plus for sand and the large bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend to anyone reading.
