The room was spotlessly clean and decorated lovely. The bed was really comfortable, and we loved the shower. The hosts Claudia and Graham were lovely and very kind.

Expertly decorated, extremely clean, very comfy and homely.

A bit of a distance from Lymington, but I realised that when booking.

Great attention to detail in a very well planned space. Comfortable with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and very easy to settle into. Very comfortable bed.

All was fine, exactly as described. The owners have set a very high standard. Check in marks were not awarded as we checked ourselves in which was part of the deal and that was fine, lots of lights outside and one felt very secure. Lots of nice touches around.

One very small point, I just found the floor a little cold in March when getting out of a lovely warm bed. Perhaps a mat or something similar might help. The room overall was very cosy and warm.

Absolutely fantastic room, spotlessly clean and well organised for space yet has everything you need. Location was very quiet yet very close to shops if you need, only a 7 minute drive to a beach. Bed was large and comfortable which is good as normally my feet come off the bed, there was even a fridge which is so underrated, no where ever has a fridge. We will be booking again for summer. Thanks.

Absolutely stunning property, attention to details is fantastic, so homely and inviting, set to an exceedingly high standard, so much privacy which I lived. Fantastic will definitely use again! This property went above and beyond my expectations and the photos seen match the property, it is immaculate!

Everything in the room was modern and clean. Clearly the owners have paid a lot of attention to detail in order to ensure that guests have a good stay.

just one small thing, the bottom of the front door didn’t seem to fit properly, ie let in a bit of a draft, just thinking of the heat loss. ok in the summer but noticeable in the winter.
