Could not get the thermostat to work a e so, no said a word about what kind of vehicle you could drive.

Clean modern unit in a great location.

It’s a bit noisy in the bedrooms when someone is upstairs do to the hardwood floors. Washing machine was installed incorrectly with the hot and cold water hoses reversed making doing laundry difficult. No standard cable TV, so watching regular TV was a problem.

Nice property in a great location. Tennis condo's always a wonderful spot in La Quinta.

Owner responded to heat not working first morning there and sent a HVAC tech out the second time to repair. Tech Manny had to do an adjustment to the heater for it to work. Plus, to have heat every morning we had to reset the circuit breaker in the garage to reboot the FAU and get heat. Heater (FAU) issue not resolved during our stay.
