Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. The Lighthouse Point house was just perfect for my family and had everything we needed for family fun, relaxation, and spending time with each other. The pool was clean and sparkling, the dock provided entertainment for children visiting and everyone had lots of room to spread out. The furniture was nice and comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. We will be back!

The house is beautifully appointed and has an awesome outdoor space. Plenty of room for our family of four.

Unfortunately, my stay at the property started off very poorly and didn’t improve much afterwards. I arrived at the property around 1:00 a.m. only to find out the the check-in instructions were not correct resulting in me being stuck outside for an hour. The customer service line was not knowledgeable and did not return my phone call with a resolution after 3 phone calls. They have still yet to return a phone call for any reconciliation, although I was told that they would. The property was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the carpets, sheets, garbage behind the cabinets and many electric outlets were not working. The fridge did not cool for the first couple of days however, it started to cool after 2 days. The fridge never dispensed any drinking water, which was a huge inconvenience. Overall, the property is beautiful and the location is great. More of the frustration came from the lack of responsiveness and resolution provided. If the customer service was better, I probably would of been much more satisfied (I am not a picky traveler overall, however receiving 3 phone calls confirming that I would have someone reach out with a resolution and yet, never resolving anything leaves a bitter taste)
