This house has totally got the vibes going on… Our stay was super groovy! From the decor to the hot tub, we were totally in birthday celebration mode.! The was house clean and it had everything we needed. It was the small touches like the snacks provided to the candles and Christmas tree lit, they really set the mood upon arrival. And we have to mention the vinyl art hanging on the walls!! I think it was our favorite thing about the house!!! We played music well into the evening and hung out on the patio area! If you want to experience groovy vibes.. rent this place! We will definitely be back!!

Loved the house, perfect for my family and friends..back patio and pool area is great! Comfy beds and overall great stay!! Would definitely come back when visiting the area!

The house and pool area are fabulous. The property was clean and had many wonderful updates. The location was close to Universal, but the neighborhood looked a bit rundown.

Property/ location was very nice and exactly what we needed and we had a good time! Pool towels, greenery wall, comfortable beds was all amazing! The coffee maker wouldn't work which was a bummer and we pulled weeds in the back yard just so they were not in our way! Overall we enjoyed the property!! Would stay again!

Very nice home inside and pool/hot tub in back!

House is mostly as advertised except the cockroaches and mouse droppings we didn’t expect. Don’t expect coffee from the coffee bar they list because the coffee pot is crap and doesn’t work. You are expected to bring in heavy packages that are delivered for them, empty the dishwasher and dryer from prior guests and bring the overflowing trash and recycling to the curb. From the looks of our stay, no one had done that in some time leaving us to have overflowing trash and recycling because we couldn’t use the outside trash cans. One of the “master” bath showers is missing a shower door. We spent way too long trying to get all the bugs out of the pool and jacuzzi before we could even use it because they offer zero tools to assist in this. We paid for a pool and jacuzzi and expect it to be clean enough to use. They have “$1,200 robot” that is supposed to clean the pool but it didn’t move once and we had no idea how to use it, nor should we have. They supposedly have a property manager who will be right there at 11:01 am if you are not out of the house on check out day but no one will answer you if you have any issues or questions during your stay. They do not offer any contact info or number to contact for issue and ignore messages on the app. We left disappointed and frustrated and cannot recommend.

What a great house. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to freeway but no noise from it. The retro house was just as advertised, with a great pool and hot tub. My husband and I were just looking for a nice getaway to relax and hit a few places so it was a great location. We will be back.
