We loved our time at Van’s place. The house is spacious, clean, and outfitted with everything we needed for our four days there. Safe and quiet neighborhood, convenient Greenwood location, nicely updated and maintained home. The kitchen was especially nice as we prepped food for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend booking this stay!

Everything about this place was perfect for our family. We were in town for a Wedding and this place housed the six of us very comfortably. Lots of open space and an amazing backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family (4 adults and 2 children) loved staying at this house while in town for a wedding at Valle Vista Wedding Venue and Golf Club. Such a lovely space to relax and unwind in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean, wonderfully decorated and fully stocked for your vacation needs. Very close to the wedding venue, stores and restaurants. Also just a short drive to many Indy attractions. We had little ones with us so we enjoyed the zoo, apple orchard and Kid City Indoor play space at Greenwood Community Center. Thank you Van for the hospitality and great communication. You are an excellent VRBO host. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Van was an amazing host, had a good assortment that allowed me to cook a nice dinner, a comfy couch and a great tv to watch movies on, and an amazing huge comfy bed in the master bedroom along with another great tv to wind down the rest of the night. Super quick responses and a kind demeanor from Van along with a gorgeous home in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

We were so pleased with the amenities, communication, and cleanliness of this property. Beds were comfortable, fully functioning appliances and kitchen, 2 full baths and one half…it was great for our party of 7!!

Needed a quiet place to stay with the family while attending sports event and this hit all the marks! Nice neighborhood - easy drive to downtown Indy, and very nice house!

The property was very clean, and the host was very professional.
The house lacks some of the “home feel” appeal of other properties we have stayed at. The crisp, clean ambiance speaks loudly of an executive apartment experience, except in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Every amenity necessary for a long weekend was accommodated, the beds were firm and comfortable, the towels were luxurious, and the property never missed a step toward near perfection.
We will definitely consider staying at this property whenever we visit the Indianapolis area in the future.

Van Par was a great host, very accommodating, and had a lovely home that really had a nice feel to it! Everything you could want is here! Games, Smart TV, and the large kitchen were great for us! Will stay again!
