Great property and our host was wonderful. The property is Hard to find at first, but there is a convenience store nearby for reference. The property has everything you need. You must know that there is not direct ocean access. There is a low

We enjoyed our time in this lovely cottage by the sea. The house is in relatively new condition. It had many of the things you would need expect to find in a rental. But as a fellow owner I have some suggestions to improve things: it could use a dresser in each room for clothes storage, I would also suggest a mirror behind the sink in the left bedroom and think they should supply hand soap/shampoo for guest use. A lovely place and these things aren’t big problems, they are just suggestions from one owner to another.

The property was just as listed and was absolutely gorgeous, especially the backyard with the stunning views of the ocean. Dorothy was extremely responsive and a great host as we would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had absolutely wonderful time at Dorothy's place in Exuma! It is clean, nicely decorated, had all the necessities for our one week stay. Dorothy was swift to respond to all our questions. The view from the house is unbeatable overlooking the ocean! Very secluded! The only drawback is that there is no direct access to the beach, you have to walk about 200 yards to the public access trail between two houses leading to the magnificent emerald water beach! It was our mistake though assuming that there is direct access to the beach from the house based on the pictures. The house is sitting at the edge of the ocean but on a cliff. We rented a car and explored different beaches on Exuma every day - every next beach more beautiful than the previous one.
Overall, we had great time and would not think twice about returning back to this magical place!

My husband and I had a great time in Exuma! We celebrated our honeymoon, and Dorothy had the house decorated when we arrived. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed during our stay. Anytime we had a question, Dorothy responded within minutes. Thanks for making our first trip to Exuma amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and our overall experience in our rental. The communication with Dorothy was seamless. She was most helpful, kind and informative. The cottage is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a wonderful experience. It is well hidden and private and you can’t beat the views of the Atlantic Ocean. We did not struggle with the heat nor bugs since there was a constant breeze making our outside experience very pleasant. We are planning to stay at this house again during our next trip to the island!

Loved this property! The host was super responsive and went above and beyond wit her hospitality. The house itself is small but we didnt spend much time inside as the property is directly on the water and equipped with everything you need outside, including plenty of lawn furniture, grill, firepit, hot tub, cabana for shade, cooler, beach towels, and outdoor games.
The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked well in the bedrooms. There were two full bathrooms with a walk in shower and a tub in the other.
We appreciated the small decorative details and the cleanliness. Would absolutely stay here again!

This beach house is the perfect stay when in Exhuma. The beach views are incredible! While the location is very close to the airport and most of the markets/restaurants you will need a rental car to get around as cabs can add up at $20-$40 a ride. Not much of a dining area inside the house but the outdoor patio table is a great place to eat those meals if it’s not too windy. The hot tub is an awesome way to end the day’s events. Dorothy was quick and responsive to any questions. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the views!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed every moment at this property. We had everything we needed to cook most meals, wonderful bedding and bathrooms that were impeccably clean. Beautiful porch and outside furniture plus great shaded deck and jacuzzi was fabulous! We couldn’t get enough of that beautiful turquoise water and walked the beach every morning. Close to the airport and friendly helpful people. Dorothy met all our needs and we can’t wait to return!

Nice location, private, quiet site with ocean view and the soothing sounds of the sea lapping at the shore. Clean ocean air. Centrally located great access to all of the island. Property well kept and clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

This location was very convenient to where we wanted to be. No need for a car, as we could walk or take a short Uber ride. Our host responded quickly to all questions we had before arrival.
The stairs are no joke, but we treated it like daily exercise. We took advantage of the recommended luggage drop across the street which was convenient since we had a late flight out. We would stay at this location again.

Stayed at this property with my daughter, a new college graduate. This was a perfect location for a get away. Very close to the water, stunning views and wonderful ocean sounds throughout the days and evenings. Property manager was very helpful and prompt! Beautiful location!!!
