Great beach trip. Location is perfect next to Kimpton Seafire and loads of good restaurants within 5-10 minute drive.

We loved our stay on this quiet stretch on 7 mile beach. The views were gorgeous and the place was pristine. Owner was both responsive and helpful (thank you!) and we had a wonderful week.

There weren’t many reviews for this property when we booked and that was because everything is nice and new. Right on the beach in a very private area. You won’t be disappointed in this property. All the amenities are top notch.
Much rather be on on this area of the beach than down there with all the crowds.

This property is an absolute HIDDEN GEM on Seven Mile Beach.
We have been traveling to Grand Cayman for 20+ years and have stayed at condos all along Seven Mile Beach. This property stands out for the location, beach, property and the condo finishing - all 'best in class'. Located on a pristine part of SMB, it is MUCH quieter than further south in the heart of all the tourist activity but only a 5 minute walk to the Seafire if you want to go for dinner or a drink. The condo itself is amazing - recently renovated and absolutely perfect inside. The description of "Luxury Designer Condo" is spot on - you won't be disappointed. The property manager is also VERY responsive, friendly and made us feel welcome!
My only hesitation in posting this review is that I would love to keep it a secret ;) In all seriousness, the review is justified and couldn't be more deserving! It really is an AMAZING property.

Wow! I can’t say enough about our stay hosted by Simplify Design. My fiancé and I brought my parents to the Cayman Islands for Christmas (first time) and I would definitely go back and stay in the exact spot! Perfect location as you are located RIGHT on the beach, with magnificent sunsets every evening! You’re a 5 minute walk to Sea fire resort! I would recommend walking the street side not the beach side… just depends on how long you’d like your walk to be! :)
It’s also 5 minutes where the boats launch for stingray point and about 10-15 minutes from Georgetown (all the amazing restaurants and shops)!
I rate this condo a 10/10 - absolutely beautiful, private and PERFECT location!
