We had such a great stay at River Oasis The outside property was well taken care of and the inside looked like everything was brand new! Very convenient location for trips to the grocery store, the beach, restaurants and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. We will definitely try to stay again!

Stayed here for March Break and had a great time in Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the most importantly, the beach. House is newly renovated and very welcoming. Dock on the canal was a great spot to relax in the evening and watch the sunset. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful river getaway! We loved the place. We spent the better part of the day on the dock and the enclosed porch! Very relaxing! Host were amazing and worked hard to give us a great getaway! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Peaceful day of fishing off the dock. Caught some trout. Very relaxing and convenient to many stores, restaurants and shops. I will be making this a favorite VRBO location. The owner/Property Manager was very helpful and easy to reach when I thought I needed to. The pictures are great but when you walk in this place it will blow you away. Very well put together and it just feels like home without any of the stresses. Love it!

We've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties but this is the first one that exceeded expectations! From the moment we drove up to the property for an early check in (owners were extremely gracious) to when we left 4 days later our stay could not have been better. The house and grounds were spotless and there was nothing we lacked in terms of kitchen accessories, dishes, etc., as well as bedding bath accessories and more! We had one little issue with the tv but that was due to our lack of knowledge but we called the owner and he was there is 15 minutes to so us how to work it. If you like being on the water this is PERFECT. Bring your boat. There is a boat dock with lift ready for you. The owner provided a kayak, paddle board and other items for fun on the water. The house is convenient to restaurants, bars, entertainment, the beach, everything you need to make a great vacation. We plan on coming back next year!

Beautiful property with great touches in a very nice and quiet area with a view. We enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Liz was awesome to work with!

The purpose of my stay was to have a nice comfortable, roomy place for my family that live in the area to come and hang out and visit. We all loved this home, the neighborhood, having the dock to sit on and look out at the river while telling family stories was perfect! I have yet to stay in a VRBO home that was as clean as this one. Big Thumbs Up on the entire stay!

Beautiful spot on canal. Loved playing corn hole, fishing and hanging out in the back yard. Beds were very comfy. Home was super clean and had everything we needed.

This home is lovely, well stocked and very comfortable. The location was convenient and close to so many things. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend staying here!

When we saw the house we were all really impressed of how nice it was and beautiful. We enjoyed our time immensely!!Everything was really nice. Very nice quality furniture, towels, and dishes. Everything was taken very good care of. If there's any recommendation we could give, it would be that you could have at least eight or more of dishes, beach towels, a couple more pots and pans. We had a family of seven, so they could at least stock things a little extra, so that we didn't have to wash the dishes so often. We would recommend this place to anyone that would be wanting to rent this place! Our experience and fun at this place was definitely a 10!! Thank You Liz!!🥰🙂👍

It was perfect for our family vacation to Kennedy space center. Great property and location. We went to the pier wich was a short distance, they didn't have any beach stuff at the house but we rented at the pier. When we come back would rent again.

Renting a space without any reviews always feels risky. We were only in town for a little while this trip and found this place so we thought, “Let’s try it! It has the location we want.” So we did! And we LOVED it!!! The entire house is beautifully clean. The beds were so comfortable. The linens were high end, as were the pillows. I absolutely loved the master bedroom’s duvet. My fiancé hated it because he said it was too heavy, but it was the perfect weight for me, so I kept it on my side. He comfortably used the lighter blanket and was equally as happy. My daughter loved the bunk beds, she slept till 10 one day she was so comfy. This property feels like it was renovated to be a home, and not a rental property with cheap features. They’ve made some great decisions for comfort of their guests. All the tvs are smart and easily connect to your amazon fire account. I had brought my firesticks in case they only had HDMI but it was really easy to log in and have all our channels available. Still have to log into your apps, but that was quick with the qrs code. It is very clean, which is super important to us. The the back porch was even clean enough for us to just go sit and have our morning coffee. We really loved our visit and would definitely stay again.

Husband and I stayed here for a much needed weekend away and glad we picked River Oasis! House is updated, beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked very well. Very close to beach, great restaurants, and activities. We loved the sunsets from the dock and looking at the water from the living room. Would definitely stay here again.
